James pierced both my friend and I for her birthday and did an amazing job. He made sure we were both comfortable at all times and joked around with us to not be so nervous. I got both helixes pierced and he made it super quick for me. I definitely will be going back to him again!

My daughter and i both had matching ink done at the same time. the studio is immaculate (i wish my house was that clean), inviting, and comfortable. Alex did our artwork and ink, and was extremely meticulous with every aspect of the process. we love our original designs, and the final tattoos are stunning and unique, and a wonderful way to honor the woman who inspired them.

James was AMAZING! Got my nose pierced today, and he put the jewelry in the autoclave, washed his hands multiple times. Had me laughing half the time since I was nervous. Super precise and also advised me on which one to get vs what I thought was the stud I wanted. Clean shop, super great people...couldnt rave enough if I tried.

I got a beautiful tattoo! I met with Alex on zoom for a consultation and showed him the flowers I wanted, with in 24 hours he had a design! It was far better than anything I could have ever imagined! The studio was clean. I was able to book my appointment quickly. They set me up with aftercare for my tattoo so I didn’t have to try and find any products! I’m also just obsessed with my tattoo. I went in for a piercing consultation with James Coleman and felt at ease and comfortable enough to go ahead and get the piercings done right then (it was a good thing he was able to do so...saved me a trip from having to drive all the way back from St. Augustine). He was knowledgeable and professional and I really appreciated the care he took when performing my piercings from washing his hands and changing gloves to the actual piercings themselves. I was able to book with Nana, their resident profesional piercer, and I couldnt be happier with my decision.I was going in to get my septum pierced and she made me feel right at home from the second I walked in the door. I got my nostril pierced and my lip. I had an amazing experience. The place is very cool looking and clean.James was amazing! He helped me choose out my piercings and even gave me great advice on what I should get. I made an appointment here for a tattoo with Omar. They keep the door to the lobby locked but I never waited more than ten seconds before he opened it for me. He was very open to my ideas and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond as I imagine the rest of the staff does as well. So glad I chose this shop and artist for my first large tattoo. Will be seeing Omar for any future tattoo needs. Worth every penny.

Nana Peña was extremely professional, warm, and made the experience actually very pleasurable. Even when she was putting a needle through my nose she was gentle and kept me calm.. it was barely a pinch with minimal bleeding. I was extremely impressed. I will likely be going back for future piercings. The price point is a little on the higher side, but it is worth it as they work with you on the jewelry, aftercare, etc. The place itself is very clean but still welcoming. Would recommend going here, and would especially recommend Nana!

I left with a design he came up with! Oddly enough I told him what I was looking for in my design and template that I had brought to him. He was very honest and straight forward with me. This place is very professional, and clean! Omar definitely takes pride in his work! No joke! He spent more time than budgetted for in the consultation. I was very skeptical due to prices. No lie...But hell, his portfolio and work looked real good, this tatt was special to me and he took time to give me his opinions that changed my experience and tatt for the better! I personally prefer a artist to add their own personal flares to the work and do what they do. Not my first tattoo here by far. But will have to say the best overall experience ever! I had a realistic Tattoo done by Omar on 3/2/21. He did an amazing job! I went to 5 other tattoo places in beaches area and talked with each one and this shop and Omar were head and shoulders above the rest. With my moving around the country a bit, I have the pleasure of using different artists for my tattoos. One thing I do upon entering a tattoo shop is run my hand along the tops of the wall hangings to check their cleanliness. I also check the bathroom. I figure if they are clean, the rest of the shop is even better. The wall hangings and bathroom were spotless. My initial meeting with Julian was super. I felt comfortable with him immediately. He was super open to what I wanted and making it happen. The actual tattoo experience was all I expected and more. While the work I had done was not extensive and only took about an hour, Julian was outstanding. I will have more work done, it will be at East Coast Worldwide, and it will be with Julian. I cannot believe there is a better shop in Jacksonville.

Omar was awesome. We spent three months designing the tattoo. I send him my ideas, we would consult together at the shop and eventually we landed on the owl and sunburst. This was my first tattoo and Omar spent all the time I needed to know the process, the services, the actual ink day and everything.On the day of the tattoo I really enjoyed my time with Omar. It was a five hour job and we talked before he started about getting psyched up for it with it being my first tattoo and he really wanting to do a great job. During the inking I was relaxed and Omar did his thing. When it was all done, I loved it. Omar was happy, too. COME HERE FOR YOUR PIERCINGS!!!I visited ECW for a daith piercing with Nana. SHE IS AWESOME! I was extremely nervous (I had only ever had my earlobes pierced before and was too young to remember what it was like) but she made me feel very comfortable. The process was fairly easy. Nana was very informative and knowledgeable in her profession. We went over jewelry options and she recommended what would be best for me in terms of healing. I have suffered allergies to certain jewelry in the past, so I truly appreciate that proper healing was her priority when helping me choose my hoop.The piercing wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I would be lying if I said that it didnt hurt (there was definitely a sting), but the discomfort is tolerable and only lasts as long as it takes the needle to go through, which is fairly quickly; and honestly, the piercing is so pretty that I wouldve gladly sat through more pain. I appreciate that she asked me how deep into my ear I wanted the piercing placed, instead of just placing it wherever. Ive seen a lot of daith piercings online that werent placed deep enough and just didnt give that growing out of the ear look that I absolutely love about the daith, so I was a bit worried that any piercer I went to would do what was easiest and place it further out than I wouldve liked,but Nana took all of my concerns and expectations into consideration and made sure to give me the look I was going for (which coincidentally is also her preferred placement). After all was done she thoroughly went through aftercare instructions and made sure that I didnt have any doubts. She definitely went above and beyond.If youre considering ECW for your piercing look no further and make an appointment with Nana. My visit with her was the first time in a long time that I go to an appointment of any kind and leave without feeling pressured, rushed, or like I wasnt heard. Shes great! OMAR!! He is a great artist and professional. His tattoo work is incredible, but moreso than that, he ensures your comfort throughout every step in the process. My daughter and I were tattooed by him last night, and he took the time to design and place our tats perfectly. Nana was fantastic! She pierced my nose and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. She went though everything thoroughly and was incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I went to James this past weekend for a nostril piercing and was extremely impressed. I came here after getting a bad piercing elsewhere that left a scar on my nose and comparing the two experiences was like night and day. The studio itself was extremely clean and comfortable. They have a wide selection of high quality jewelry to choose from that fits most budgets and they give you all the pricing up front so there are no surprises. Once I chose my jewelry, it was put in an autoclave to ensure sterilization. Before, during, and after the piercing James was extremely informative and happy to answer all questions. He gave me an amazing piercing that covered the scar left from the previous one and provided his business card if I had any questions during the healing process. East Coast Worldwide has everything you would hope for- professional, friendly, clean. Highly recommend!

Alex met with me a couple days prior to tattooing an arm piece for me. He was extremely thorough from start to finish. His work is beautiful! He’s an amazing artist and very personable while working. I live 2 hours south and will make the drive to have my tattoos done here and preferably with Alex :) The shop is very clean and you can tell their equipment and ink is high quality. I definitely recommend!!

Great experience. James was so helpful and knowledgeable. The place was so clean. They really care about the customer and strive for a great customer expierence. I received 2 piercings and got care instructions and a packet of information and goodies. James was funny, personable and had amazing customer service. I was having a rough day and this was definitely a highlight. If you want a great piercing expierence this is the place.
