Staff were VERY FRIENDLY & helpful & they were able to order my size in the items I wanted..which will be sent to my home. If they dont fit or if I dont like them ..I can immediately bring them back to the store....Great!Thanks!

They have added a qualifier to the BOGO deal, but they don’t tell you until you go into the store. It can’t be two pairs of Nikes anymore. Just FYI in case you want to rethink where you get your Nikes from.

Rack room Shoes never disappoints, the staff could be friendlier, but overall it’s a great environment. One thing i noticed is the quality of the shoes they sell. I bought a pair of Mid tops from the Nike store; then bought the exact same shoes from here. What i found is the shoes from Rack room were poorly made. While the Nike bought ones held strong, and lasted longer.If your looking for a good budget shoe store i highly recommend this place.

Love their buy one get one 50% off deal every day! Very good place to get shoes. Offers free delivery if your size is not in stock. Overall, its a very reasonable shoe store. I would recommend this place to most families.

The one store I know will always have the only sneakers my son will wear(Sketchers). The employees are always very nice as well

Good selection, nice staff. Sketchers are between $60 to $70 bucks. They have Nike about $30 to $70 for good shoes. They also have Nike Slides.

Returning/exchanging a Christmas gift. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and stocked. Overall, a pleasant experience .

Started out really excited about my euro soft comfort work heels and my sketchers comfort memory foam dress slides. Turns out theyre poor quality shoes horrible customer service. General manager is rude and shady. Two shoes that fell apart with in a month. Still had the receipt and was told I was receiving 5 dollars back on shoes I paid $45 for. Never shopping at this hole again and telling everyone I know in Ponte vedra the same thing. Better just go to walmart people.

Can be pricey if you dont get a bogo deal. But I buy my favorite pair of sandals here every year!
