I have a legion computer and unfortunately made some mistakes on it. Tyler who manages the office was kind enough to take a look at it right away and determine the problem. Within an hour he not only fixed it he upgraded a couple things that I needed. I would recommend these guys if you live out at the beach. One stop shop for everything you need in computer repair. Take a look at the pictures I posted and if youre coming on the weekend you will need to make an appointment.

Called about a relatively simple job and told the employee about the issue I was having. I install my own hardware. He gave me a very simple DIY and reason why it might work and it did! Truly a top notch computer place and probably the best in town. I used to use another computer guy until he completely messed up my machine. These guys were able to rescue all of the files and bring them back to life! These guys really know what they are doing and are experts in the field. Highly recommended.

Ive never seen a better team. Tyler and Matt went above and beyond. Had an issue with a BMW ECU where everyone else wouldnt even look at it and said it just needs to be replaced. Tyler told me he would look at it and see what he could do. After some brain storming and some back and forth he was able to get it repaired and working good as new. Saved me an estimated $2500-3000. Even though its not something they normally work on they were accommodating and got me taken care of. I would rate 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys.

I called this company for an urgent request after needing a graphic adaptor for an out of town x-ray system install near their office. Matt did a fantastic job completely overhauling our network. He gave great advice on which products would work best for our needs, was efficient and knowledgeable when he arrived on the service call to set it all up, and he even troubleshooted a few other unrelated issues while he was here. Visited the office yesterday. I was not sure what kind of adapter I needed for my Mac pro to read SD card. My roommate had accidentally unplugged the cooling fans in my machine and I didnt notice for over a week. By the time I noticed my computer had stopped turning on altogether and I had no way of figuring out what had been fried. After contacting the owner, Matt, I was able to come in on the same day and in under 2 hours they had diagnosed the issue as my motherboard, properly tested the rest of the pieces of my computer to make sure those werent fried as well, AND had replacement parts available to offer me right there in the store. I was told I was unethical for wanting to fix my 2012 MacBook? I was told by the owner since I wanted to reinstall the operating system and sell a laptop that may not receive security updates, instead of the 250 I was quoted he said he would charge me double because it was too old for me to use or sell if I so choose. Imagine a mechanic telling you your car is a piece of SH** because it’s 6 years old and he won’t work on it unless you plan on paying him double? What a joke! Totally a waste of time! If you don’t want to be spoken to with respect, you want to wait two weeks to be told they refuse to fix your computer and you love being ripped off this is the place for you. When his employee Jeremy leaves which will be soon at this rate, prideful computers will go out of business because of the owners sorry attitude.

Before taking my computer into this store, my computer was in such bad shape I thought for sure I would have to buy a new computer. Pride Computer systems not only made my computer run as though it was brand new, but also returned my computer to me in less than 24 hours. Im fairly new to the jacksonville area so I called around looking for the best price and many of the other stores i called were asking 20-30$ more for the service this store provided for me.Great people. Great service. im highly satisified.

Absolutely reprehensible. My computer crashed just days after they upgraded it. They refused to even return my calls. They made no attempt whatsoever to make things right. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!!I had gone to the Apple store because my computer was running slow. They ran every conceivable test on my computer and found nothing wrong with it. They said it was running slow because I ran many programs that used a lot of memory. The solution was simple and inexpensive: purchase 8 GIGS of RAM and have someone install it for me. It was not a service they provided.They told me exactly what to purchase. I went to Pride Computer Systems because it was right by my house. Pride Computers convinced me that, in addition to the additional memory, I should allow them to install a new hard drive. I agreed.Within 6 days of the installation, my computer stopped completely. It would not even turn on. I called them immediately and said I would bring the computer in.Their employee, Audra, plugged it in. It wouldnt turn on. Within minutes, without opening up the computer, without attempting to run any tests, without even being able to turn it on, she promptly declared said, It was struck by lightening. Its totally unrelated to the work we did on your computer. We cant fix it but well charge you an administrative fee to send it to the Apple Store.I was outraged and replied: Do you honestly expect me to believe that I was in here 6 days ago, you did major work on my computer, today it wont turn on and its not related? That my computer was struck by lighting? I dont believe that for a minute.My computer had worked fine the night before. It was not plugged in overnight. I worked on it until the battery died and the next morning when I plugged it in to charge it, it would not take a charge.I took my computer to Apple and told them what happened at Pride Computer and they laughed OUT LOUD at the suggestion that it had been struck by lightening In the exact words of the Apple employee, What he did was perform open heart surgery on your computer. And plenty of things could go wrong and obviously did go wrong. The Apple employees spent hours trying to get my computer running again. This is the same computer they had just spent hours testing and had found nothing wrong with. Now, it wouldnt work at all.I had no choice but to spend $2,000 to buy a brand new computer. In addition, I lost at least a full weeks worth of work getting my computer up and running again. My computer is not a toy or a hobby. I am self-employed and my entire income comes from my laptop.What astonished me most was the way I was treated by Pride Computer Systems. When they first repaired my computer, I wrote a great testimony about them on my very-active Facebook page. When the owner thanked me, he asked me if I would write a favorable review on Google, which I immediately did. He promised me that if I wrote the review, he would provide a free future service.Yet after destroying my comptuer, he refused to even return my call. I called him from the Apple store before making the purchase of a new computer, to see if he would attempt to repair or make it right. I called him on the way home from the Apple store to see what he would do to make this situation right.He never even returned my calls! Never to this day.So I was out $2,000 for a new computer I should not have needed. I lost a weeks worth of work. And on top of all of that, when I disputed the payment through my credit card company, Pride Computers deceptively used the favorable review I had so graciously written against me. So I had to pay them to destroy my computer.Im amazed they are still in business. It was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with any company.The claims made by the owner in response to this review are flat-out lies. He made absolutely no attempt to make things right. I stand by my review and my 100% accurate account of what transpired.

Just recently had a great experience at Pride, the staff is easy to talk to and willing to work with you on solving any problems you have without slapping a price tag on each step of the way! Definitely recommend going to them over anyone in the area!

Ask them how to hook up a printer to a computer I BOUGHT FROM THEM and they told me Not unless I paid them. When I bought the computer they told me to call with any questions I QUESS THAT MEANS YOU PAY FOR QUESTIONS.

Got my harddrive replaced a couple weeks ago, no big deal. Woke up one morning to find that the screen of my 2012 iMac had fallen off and broken. Now the guy is saying he cant absorb all the cost required to fix the screen, its my fault that I have an expensive machine with expensive parts. Stay away from this place, I should have just gone to apple in the first place to replace my drive where they guarantee their repairs. Lesson learned.This guy still doesnt get it. Im not expecting a guarantee on the entire product, but I do expect you to guarantee the work that you do. Assembling the iMac so it doesnt fall apart is part of the job you were supposed to do. I got my refund, now I have a harddrive AND a screen to replace. This place is the WORST!
