Excellent food. Great experience. Staff was friendly. The food was plenty and tasty. I will definitely be back if I am back in Jacksonville.

I sent my 12 yr old daughter to grab some candy for my customers and when my daughter got there she asked a lady that works there for help finding things and the lady felt as it was ok to discuss with a child that someone had over dosed in their bathroom the day before. Im livid rn as to why would u think its OK to discuss with a child this type of conversation like wheres your morals at??? When I called to speak to manager a lady Michelle got on the phone acting like theres no issue in what Im saying and that she wouldnt be surprised what is said or goes on in her store. Wowiterally wow. And yes shes a manager!!!! Im truly upset beyond measures right now

No help at all, I buy two full shopping carts of cases of water and other heavy stuff and they dont allow me to take the shopping cart to my car and they dont offer no help at all to help me taking to my car. Other stores allow me to take it to car or help the customers to take it to the car. It use to be my favorite store to go.

No one wears a mask not staff nor patrons. Did not even see a sign asking guests to wear masks.

I went on stock day and they had EVERYTHING new and regular stock. I will be so devastated when they follow through with the format change and everything will no longer be $1 but until then this is one of the best locations in town.

The worst customer service ever In my life. The Manager running around the store screaming being very unprofessional. Then 20 minutes in she says the store is closed please leave.😳😳I come to this location daily for myself or work. These new hires are terrible!!!! Time for me to find a new lunch time shop. Organized Love This One

I work walking distance from this store. It is always very clean and the clerks are cheerful and friendly. Good junk food but also some healthy bagged snacks that would be $3 at most stores. Chilled drinks for a dollar. Only steps from USPS so sometimes I can get two errands done in one trip.

Very rude to there customers, horrible experience. Would never go in there. This lady got mad bc I used the hand sanitizer that was on the register, “it’s my personal hand sanitizer” but it was out as if it’s for the customer. Go to any other doll or store but this one. :|

Visited this dollar store today. A manager named Michelle verbally abused Me and my two young sons. Was treated with total disrespect by this women. Have filed complaint with corporate office. Have never been treated so badly! This is Unacceptable! If this women has mistreated anyone else please speak up. As I was not the only customer in the store today that witnessed this horrible behavior!

I just got home from this store and there was only one cashier, Tersa. The store was extremely busy. The line to check out must of had 10 people in it. Several customers walked out because of the long line, so you lost their money. Tersa was so friendly. She kept a smile on her face and a positive attitude. The customer in front of me went to the backroom to see if there were any employees there....nope! You have a very dedicated employee in her. Finally after sometime 2 girls came up to the front. One opened up a check out. The other girl got a key from Tersa and left. I dont know who does your scheduling, but to only have one cashier on the Saturday before Christmas is a no brainier to have more than one cashier!!
