Excellent Replacements for some older broken Windows that had bars and film and improved the whole view. My family is so happy they said it’s like standing outdoors inside. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Brad Ried was our Sales rep and he took time to explain all our options so that we made a well informed decision.On the day of installation, Seth and Danny and crew did a fantastic job and we couldnt be happier with them and the company. They were fast, efficient and very professional and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.The windows are triple pained and come with the highest energy efficiency rating available. They are hurricane proof up to a category 3.5 and completely sound insulated, its amazing how quiet the house is now as we can no longer hear the cars speeding by outside. We couldnt recommend this company more, just love these new windows, worth every penny. Makes the house look so much better, very happy with our decision.Great company, great product and fantastic value

I have worked with contractors for over 20 years... Preservation Home Specialists is beyond superior in comparison.... The BEST... Morgan (my sales rep) left brochures and followed up several times to make sure that all of my questions were answered... Marion (the owner) followed up to further assure me of the quality of their product, warranty and service... I desperately needed windows and was in the market... But the price was above my budget and the local home improvement stores... I am soooooo pleased that I chose to go with this company! My neighbors recently had very nice windows installed; but when they saw my windows wished they had known about Preservation! Thank you Marion and Morgan.... I am so glad you did not give up on me... and last but certainly not least, my install technicians Danny, Max, and John are the MOST!!! They were professional, friendly and good looking too! They leveled my entire front entrance wall and door before installing my windows at NO extra charge! Talk about over and above!!!! They left only 3 wonderful indicators of their presence... I ordered patio doors from one of the local home improvement stores to save a few dollars; however, I cancelled hastily when I realized how majorly inferior the quality, appearance and warranty is to Preservations product! Today we had an appointment with Brad Reid. Brad was prompt and extremely knowledgeable.He helped set up the order for our new front door and patio door...both with screen doors. I also want to say how he answered all our questions...even before we asked them. The young lady who called to set up the appointment was professional and followed up with a reminder call. This is a company who knows how to make a good impression. Cant wait to see our doors.

Danny and Max are very through, but quick. They do an amazing job, leaving no stone unturned. I was more than satisfied when they left my house. They will be installing more windows for me!! We had all our doors replaced in our home. This company goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, and that we are totally satisfied. Danny and Max were the installers, they are super professional! We had an issue with a lock, and a screen door, and each time Max and Danny came out, they were very polite and thorough. My wife and I enjoy having them come out, because it such a pleasure working with them. The whole experience, from ordering the doors to having them installed, was the best of all the companies that have done work on my home!!!Excellent job Guys!! and thanks!!

Dino did an excellent job with the installation of my new door and storm door. He was very personable. I appreciated the follow up from Marian and other team members to ensure the work was done well. There was noticeable accountability. Overall great work! The minor kinks were worked through in a professional and swift manner.

Would never use this company they call me about once a week trying to scam me into buying new windows. Use this company at your own risk! Update they answered my review but still call me once a week telling me there coming to my house to offer me a free inspection. I have never contacted this company and never would. They are liars don’t USE THEM.

They replaced every window, and a slider in our home.. We have angle iron showing around just about every window, every window sill is beat to hell, and the caulking has metal shavings in them.. when putting in the slider they tore up the wood trim on the floor, they were going to leave it until my husband noticed, the dude said he was going to fix it well he cut it to short, dirt all in the caulking, and it doesnt match the floor.. Super unprofessional!!!!! smoking cigarettes and weed with two small children in the home (neither parents smoke anything), my home smelt so bad!!! dealing with the lady over the phone was a nightmare, plus when the inspector came out he told us very nice product but they did the bare minimum to pass inexpection... I have had my windows for a while now and they continue to call to sell me more windows, and everytime I tell them they replaced them all and the problems we had but no sorry nor how can we make it right.

I was extremely satisfied with two gentlemen who installed the two new windows in a very precarious situation. They came out fantastic. Now lets talk about Dino who installed our storm door. Showed up early and stayed late getting it hung straight and level when nothing on the previous door was correct. We cant say enough good things about him and his work ethic. We would recommend them to anyone.

Preservation replaced the original windows of our home with state-of-the-art hurricane proof windows. The customer service for minor mechanical issues has been outstanding and the demeanor and professional attitude of the staff is excellent. I usually reserve recommendations, but I am confident that Preservation will provide the same level of product and service to all their customers.

Had a sales rep come out. He was professional and made me have high hopes. Later that night sent an email containing what door we chose so we can receive an estimate. Everything was fine, the company called multiple times the following day sounding very optimistic about telling us the estimate in person later that evening. No one showed up. I called the sales rep. Said he had noooo idea what I was talking about, then said “ oh yaaaaa I was going to respond to your email, I talked to my supervisor.. we can’t do it.” Knowing when I scheduled what the job would be. WOW. Called this morning... seems amnesia hit the office. It’s sad I was really hopeful.

The quality of the windows is great!! No more drafts and I can no longer feel my windows to discern how hot or cold it is outside because the windows protect from outside temperatures that well. Installation was fairly quick and service people cleaned up everything before leaving. Had a small issue, but Katie went well above and beyond to help resolve the issue.

We ordered our windows in December and when we called about the install, they assured us they were working on it. On the date they told us that we should have information, it was the date the windows came back from the manufacturer. The install was scheduled for the next day. It was an amazing process without any worries. Our sales representative, Mark Malcolm, was an angel in the flesh! He walked us through this process detailing every step, and his integrity has proven to be exemplary! He was respectful of our home, and if we could, we would make him the face of this company!

No clue who you are but I don’t appreciate the call soliciting my business after I’ve never even heard of you. Also i’m a college student with no home so idk what you’re using to generate leads for sales but it isn’t working.Also I’m already registered in the national do not call list so i’m not sure how you’re able to call me. Rest assured you should probably modify your sales tactics as you get quite a few 1 stars warning people of a scam, even if this may be a legitimate business the call center is driving people away.

This company is DEFINITELY NOT a scam. I am a widow who needed to get all my windows and sliders replaced since I live by the beach and couldnt even open some of my windows and sliders. I received 4 different quotes from different companies. I decided to go with Preservation because of their knowledge, their price and the warranty. I was NOT disappointed. Marian followed the project (13 windows and 5 sliders)and was always available for any questions that I had. Brandon and the crew were always on time and always cleaned the area when they were done for the day. Even though the project was finished a couple of months ago, I contacted Marian because a screen broke (my dog went through it) and she immediately called me back to arrange to have someone come out to fix it. We had Home Preservation Specialist replace 23 windows in our home and could not be happier! The experience was great throughout the whole process. The initial sales consult and estimate was very thorough and included samples of the actual windows as well as a thorough demonstration of how they operate and heat lamp test to show how well the windows reduce heat and cold transfer to the inside.The front office kept us updated during the production stage and got us scheduled for installation as soon as the windows were built and ready.We had 2 technicians, Danny & Brandon who were both courteous and professional & the Installation only took four days. The windows all look and operate fantastic and there was no damage to any of the window openings. We can highly recommend Home Preservation Specialist!

Their salesman John came and did a free quote and window presentation, and we were really impressed with the quality of the product. They arrived exactly on time, cleaned up the job perfectly and were very nice. We had 6 windows replaced and are very pleased.To address the comments where people are saying they are scam. They do a contest for free windows and I believe they call people and ask to come an do an estimate in order to enter the contest. Obviously you can say no. I had requested an estimate from them in 2017. They came out did a presentation but at that time I was unable to afford new windows but certainly needed them. A year or so later when they called me regarding this contest, I let them come because I knew I needed new windows. There is no scam here...

Had a fantastic experience with Jim Colantonio in Upstate NY. Jim is extremely knowledgeable about the product that PHS offers. The decision was easy. Pricing was competitive for such a good quality product and has a lifetime warranty which is awesome. Jim made the process very easy and was on point with the installation time frame and process. Was in touch in the in between time as well which was very nice. Five stars all around.

I am very happy with the work done on my windows. This is one of the best company I ever met. The sale person Derek was the best. He was pountial, polite, mannered and very professional. He explained everything I didnt understand. The installer OMG he was spectacular. He was very mannered, clean and hard working. He just get to work and didnt stop working until he was done. I am impressed and will let this company do all my windows. Just wish I had known them before. I would recommend them to anyone.

We replaced our entire front door, sidelights and upper half window glass circle The windows and door meet the new Florida hurricane codes. We were able to choose a stained glass window design which is applied by hand at the ProVia factory. This is triple pane impact resistant glass. The steel door is 50 % stronger than those you can buy from DIY store door products and was specifically made by ProVia to meet our design and home entry specifications. The product warranty is exceptional for the door and glass windows.The installation crew of Preservation Home Specialists are all excellent, highly experienced professionals, attentive to detail and exceeded our expectations. Communication between the salesman Morgan and Marion, who supervises this process, was excellent. Love my windows and door, just moved to the area and had to replace all the windows and door in my house and I couldnt be happier with the way their crew worked to get the job done and were very professional, definitely will be referring them !

Lost stars for security system lost on windows not replaced. And a few other quirks....We asked about our fully paid for security wired house prior to signing the contract. The salesman called the manager they assured me they just stick back up the wire leads. Then We waited for a over a month for our windows I called and they said our window order wasnt placed, finally on July 3rd the holiday weekend they installed my house of replacement windows we replaced them all even a new one. The install was wonderful, but took longer than expected, one of the screens didnt fit but they put it up anyway. I had them order a new one, its August Im still waiting to hear if and when it has come in? Some of the clean up was not done, the blind in my 5 yr olds room was missing a lock so it fell on my 5 yr old when he opened his blind his curtain ties were in his trash can, Little things like that cost stars. Now I assume this was because it was a holiday and everyone wanted to start their 4th of July weekend. Turns out the salesman was going to now have to buy us a ring alarm system out of his own pocket because they said it was his fault but he did call them before we signed our contract about the security system to make sure it would be ok. I know wired systems are old and some say obsolete but still it was mine, expensive, paid off and I did my due diligence to ask before I signed. Now i called for weeks only to find out today that my salesman has resigned and as it is, I have had my window security wires cut and guess what no new ring system as promised. I have been told to call my security company and have them change my windows over and send them the bill but we didnt use the system that way so we dont have a monitoring company any longer, now we no longer have secured windows. The salesman was wonderful, installation was great, Morgan and Marion are all good to work with nice friendly etc. the windows are superb we are happy so far with the windows. I do not recommend installing on a holiday weekend when everyone wants to leave early and I recommend you ask and get security system issues in writing. I understand liability issues with security system but you cant break one really expensive thing to install your really expensive thing and think it doesnt matter.... my money totally matters to me and our safety seriously matters. It would be great not to have to call and hunt down my screen the way I had to hunt down my windows.

Seems that some people are just negative and feel the need to attack others who work hard, I felt so inclined to leave this review because I had such an amazing experience, Katie and Marion called me all the time and I was given a lot of emails. I ASSURE you all, Preservation is a REAL company and yes I hope my review makes a difference because they do not have a lot of reviews since they are a new company here at the beaches! shame on you others for trying to bring down small businesses!

I agree with Greg Jaeger its a scam. I also get calls but more than once a week. I have never heard of this place and not looking for any Home Improvement nor have I ever. The owner commented on Gregs review and said to tell them to put you on a Do Not Call list, but from my experience you cannot request that when you answer their call and nobody says anything the hangs up on you or when you call back they do not answer. 🤔 find it a little strange that theyve been a legit company for over 40 years but yet you have only five well now 6 reviews on Google and yet two of which with no comments. 😂 ok then
