Wow! Talk about service, from the first call with Jake until my cart was delivered back to me. Dynamic Drives u0026 Design was the best choice I made when it came to having my club car repaired. They picked my cart up Tuesday afternoon and called me the same evening after running diagnostics and found I had a bad motor. They had parts in stock and replaced the motor and had my cart back to me the next afternoon.I was so impressed I called my son that was also having issues with his cart. My electric golf cart just stopped running in the middle of the road with burnt electrical smell everywhere. After spending hours trying to get it home, finally on a trailer I went on the Internet and researched a lot about golf carts as I’ve been working with cars and bikes for over 50 years. Realizing it could be expensive to just guess what’s wrong with it I made a call here and they were down the next day with a trailer. Immediately I knew I was dealing with people that were going to be honest and fair with me. He gave his opinion of what he thought it could be an said let’s order that part first, and if that’s not it then we’ll move on to the more expensive items.His experienced educated guess was correct and the cart was returned to me with much less than I would’ve ever thought it needed. I couldn’t be happier I put 100% trust in these guys. I told them if I can get the cart back ASAP after the repairs I would appreciate it as I have guest over, and that same day it was finished he brought the cart to my house. Thank you! It’s a great feeling knowing you could be taken advantage of, and you were not.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took to explain the different upgrade options and service work needed to extend the life of my cart. I was so happy with the service and felt much more confident in the work and pricing versus what PV carts had offered.

These guys are crooks! They held my deposit for 4 months and failed to deliver my cart all while posting pics of new ones for sale. I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me the amount I paid. I am now disputing the charge with AMEX. Stay away… You have been warned!***UPDATE***After posting my review one of the owners, Jake texted me and threatened to call my boss at work and file a complaint against me if I didn’t remove my negative reviews on Google, Facebook, etc.. He said “it goes both ways”.He never applied for a mortgage loan with me which is what I do for a living. I found this to be highly unethical. It’s goes to show what type of “character” these people have.Here’s the pic to prove it.He has also updated my Facebook review to claim that he didn’t send the text message when he did. The ethics kind has now been crossed twice with Jake.
