Very disappointed in this place! salesman was great but management wont budge on their price. lets face it we all know the markups on used cars. what irked me more is they wanted to charge me 500 for my own financing. when I asked if we brought all cash I would still have to pay the 500. do yourself a favor and drive to Orlando or Tampa. much better dealing to be had
Best car buying experience ever. No slick rick sales people, no high pressure sales, and best of all NO HAGGLE. I found the vehicle online and went to go test drive it. I got to the dealership and found out the car was loaned out to another customer. They had a similar model on the lot and test drove that car instead. Loved it and proceeded with out the door pricing. Saw the numbers and came to an agreement easily.Saw finance and got a great APR. Signed paperwork and drove off happy with my new car. The whole process took less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend Duval Acura with great service and business model!

Recently traded in my BMW here and from the moment I walked in, I had an outstanding experience. Tim Crow helped me out from the outset and ensured I was getting exactly wanted. I initially drove a TLX and loved everything about it, except it was a little small for me (Im 62). I expressed that and Tim had no issue sitting down with me to find something different. The vehicle I chose was just brought in, so needed detailing, tires, and some usual work such as an oil change. They had it turned around in 24 hours and even got me a tinting voucher! The usual rough part which is the finance office was a breeze. Really good people all around a painless experience. Kahlil is exceptional at his work. He is so kind and really listens to any concerns you may have then goes above and beyond to make sure that your concerns are investigated and remedied during your visit. I had a concern with my battery, alternator and starter; he triple checked to make sure everything was up to par before I left. Knowing I always have my 2 year old with me he made sure my concerns were addressed and my worries were no more by the time I walked out the door. His service is prompt, professional and exceeds expectations, if I could give 10 out of 10 I would. My favorite Acura dealership to deal with, Khalil will forever be my go to guy.

I am from out of town but I did buy my car here about a month ago. My daughter is In the hospital at Mayo and the valet parking crew accidentally popped my tire when they hit a rake. My experience at Duval Acura was exceptional thanks to my service representative Rob Kinnie who was caring, attentive, kind and genuine. After having a horrible experience elsewhere trying to get my AC fixed I was blown away by the prompt service, professionalism, and how quickly my problem was solved given that I had my car taken in 3 separate days at another shop who couldn’t figure out/fix the problem. The tech figured it out same day here and I had a loaner to use during the service free of charge which was an amazing experience!! Mr. Mercado, asked me a couple of questions, checked out my car, and then escorted me to the waiting area. I thought that was the best part, until he notified me my car would be finished soon, but the tech saw something that needed to be fixed. He educated me about it and even showed me a picture! I was greeted at my car with a smile. My appointment started on time, the estimates for work was thoroughly explained, additional issues were explained and suggested. I received a loaner car during my service appointment and the maintenance was done in a timely manner. After hearing the comments, well long story short, Ive been a long time loyal customer with Acura since 2005. Since then; after owning my 3rd purchased Acura, Im even more impressed with the service, as well as, the quality of Acura. The service provided by Kahlil Mercado. has always been exceptional. He knows whats possibly going on with my car when I speak with him over the phone, because he knows his product. Be careful with this dealership when selling your used cars. They lowball you and tell you things that you dont even know exist. Like, how your car was involved in an imaginary major accident that somehow missed being reported to Carfax. This is an attempt to decrease the value. You will definitely need new tires too even if tires are still good :) This is in addition telling you how many of the same cars of the same model they buy in a month so basically a dime a dozen.This dealership responded to an online ad I placed for a showroom condition 2017 Corvette Grand Sport 3LT Heritage Edition (all factory unmolested original) that is only less than a handful registered in the State of Florida and only less than 3 for sale with the same trim level.A guy named Ward Peters called and said that they were interested so they asked me if I can take it there so they can take a better look and finalize an offer. I did not go there randomly to sell a car, I had an appointment.What a waste of time and Im not really sure why I fell for this trick. I bought a car here before and I used to think they were better than their other location (Duval Ford) but now they are on the same level. Two dealerships I wont be doing business with in the future.If you like the old school sleazy car sales tactics, look no further. Otherwise, avoid at all cost.

Excellent service for a first time customer - Service advisor was very knowledgeable and kept me abreast of the services being rendered and sent me an email and text explaining additional services that may be needed. I took them up on brake service in addition to the oil change as well as his offer for wash and vacuum. Overall, I would recommend Khalil as service advisor.

I stumbled in to Duval Acura by mistake. I was supposed to meet a sales person at a different dealership on Atlantic. This turned out to be the Best Mistake Ever! Tim Crow greeted me at the door and Will Isom was my final stop where I signed the papers for my Brand New to me 2018 Toyota Camry.No Big deal right, WRONG! Duval Acura showed me the meaning of NO Haggling! Unlike the misfortune I had at 2 other dealerships who had me drive off in a trade, only to have to turn it back in a day or 3 later. That was the worst. One of the cars I thought would be mine, was actually a Toyota Camry. It was taken back and swapped with one a couple of years older with the finance company wanting me to buy an OLDER vehicle, as their reason. I was actually told by Greenway Nissan that (let me get this right) no one else in Jacksonville would be able to get me a deal on the Camry I wanted. I thank God I did not listen. Ill save the details for their review.As for Duval Acura, they have gained a customer in me for life. I got a great car, great deal (this especially matters as I was upside down in a trade), great service... truly, I got to experience Car Buying as so many other HAPPY reviewers have experienced. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura RDX. We test drove the vehicle and noticed an air freshener smell but didnt think anything of it. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it for a while we noticed a very strong cigarette odor. We called our salesperson who told us to bring in the vehicle the next day and they would get it professionally taken care of. He described the process as an odor bomb. We picked up the vehicle the day after and again the cigarette smell seemed to be gone but after driving the vehicle for several hours the smell was back. By this time we had driven to our home on the Florida panhandle.While I realize the dealership under Florida law is not required to point this out, we were also considering a Mercedes GLC and went to Fields Mercedes. There we looked at several cars and asked to look at another certified pre-owned but the salesman told us he didnt think we would like the car as it had a strong cigarette odor. We ended up not buying a GLC as we couldnt find one with the options we wanted but would recommend going to them as the salesperson was upfront and honest about a defect in one of its certified pre-owned vehicles.Its a shame that Duval Acura wasnt as forthcoming to us. We now have a vehicle that will cost us who knows how much to get it professionally cleaned and hope the odor can be removed. This shouldnt be the case with a certified vehicle.So as they say caveat emptor - buyer beware. Ask about cigarette smoke, ask about whether the vehicle was in a flood. From my experience, Duval Acura wont tell you.

Dont sell or trade in your car here they will rip you off, the man who buys the vehicles swears he beats CarMax soo bad, then he offered me way less than CarMax did for my car.

I have been coming here to get my vehicle serviced for approximately 8yrs now. Ive since moved to Tampa and still schedule my preventive maintenance with them. Jovie is exceptional when it comes to service. He is warm, accommodating, and helpful. These are the reasons people come back... I can only hope that others would follow that lead.

Went in to see Mr Crow about a new Acura MDX last week. He gave me a monthly payment and told me dont worry about all the other numbers on the side of the sheet... they dont matter... nobody is discounting this car. He then mentioned the good news is there is a 1000 dollars in customer loyalty (which I later noticed was added to the MSRP of the car... so they were keeping it) and he said trust me I just spent an hour with another couple and they couldnt haggle us down. So dont even waste your time . The payment was not what I had calculated and they were closing for the night so I left.Went to another dealer..they discounted the truck and gave me the 1000 loyalty. Picking up next week. Almost went with a different brand all together. Good thing I decided to check elsewhere.

Wow! Great service. I arrived early but they took my car right away. I am from another state and my pre paid service plan did not show up in the computer. My service writer telephoned my dealer on the west coast and within a few minutes had the matter straightened out. I was very satisfied with the service i received from Duval Acura. My wife and I are relocating to St Johns County and we will definitely have our vehicle serviced here. We like our MDX so much we will purchase our next Acura from Duval.
