I really enjoy this shop. Its small and the owner of the store is really lovely. The store sells items that come straight from Africa. Its wonderful to see someone passionate about Africa and comfortable in their own skin.

Google maps lead me to the wrong building, its actually in,the plaza behind the place it lead me too... Was exactly what i expected :) found everything I needed, owner was very helpful and nice. Definitely will return for business

I had a wonderful experience! Not only did the owner take her time to answer all of my questions about the west African culture. She actually allowed me to take some of her valuable artifacts to show my 5th grade class at school. She absolutely went above and beyond! Her prices were very reasonable, and there were a variety of merchandise to choose from.....from fabric and jewelry, to foods, body and hair products. I will definitely visit the Motherland Market again!

I get the Fufu aka Tom Tom there. Good stuff and have many back home stuff. She also owns a fabric store with lots of different fabrics. Nice Lady. She got goat meat too

The lady in the front was very kind and helped me find a beautiful dashiki! Highly recommended if youre looking for authentic african clothes or other products.

I think the lady that owns the place is crooked,very very crooked...Als her products are not clearly marked.. She waits for you to ask and she makes up a price...

Poor customer service, I am disabled and called around 6:30 to let her know I will be there in a few minutes. She knew I was coming and she left early. Horrible. Keep your word. I live only 5 minutes away with traffic.

Maybe this was a bad day for this owner but I really don’t care. I am outside waiting for her after she told me to give her 10 minuets to get to her store. It’s way past 10 minuets but am still waiting because I think this is the only place near me that sales fufu. Its after 4pm smdh this is so unprofessional!
