Initially everything was good until I realized they didn’t even install the bed properly called and talked to them and they are sending someone today. All is good.

I had the pleasure of speaking with an associate named Michelle. She was a great help with helping my wife and I pick out the living room set we wanted. Very fast, easy and very friendly. Thanks for a first time great experience.

The entire reason I came to this store was for a new mattress. I am paying almost 3k for a bedroom set that is missing a night stand that I am still paying for and I was given and old used smelly bumpy mattress. It has been a week we have been calling everyday given false promises and my back still hurts from this mattress!

Be careful and make sure it’s NEW furniture they’re giving you. The furniture I received had pet hair, cereal, nail polish, dirt and a stench that was horrible. They didn’t even bother to clean it before having it delivered. Also, their mattresses aren’t new either. You get a plastic bed bug cover for them. Beware!

First they took almost 2 weeks after paid deposit to get in touch with me, then they didnt have available the stuff I wanted except the couch. They told me they would deliver my tables and couch but only brought the couch then the assistant manager said he would take pics of this other bed and show me via text on this past Sat but never did. The tables was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but by the end of the day almost 5pm still wasnt delivered. Now all of a sudden the manager ordering the bed I wanted but dont know when its coming and maybe the person I talked to will really bring my tables this next Sat smh. This is the worst rent a center Ive ever been at.

I set up my account with Rob. He also handled my delivery. they were very professional and made the process very smooth from start to finish, they were able to get me the TV that I wanted at a reasonable deal and delivered it the next day for free. so far Im very happy with my purchase, and they will be the first people I call if I need anything else.

I had so many issues with the RAC off of Dunn Ave. SO MANY! I had to sleep on the floor because they didnt want to deliver my bed to me. They said it was too far. This RAC on 103rd addressed ALL my concerns. Found me a living room set for a reasonable price and went through the ENTIRE contract with me! Did you know you can get some health benefits just for having an account with RAC?! 😂 I had no idea! We have been using them for years! Patrick is amazing. So if you go to 103rd RAC go see him!

Recently I had to start over with a bunch of things going on.I was very hesitant about doing something for rent to own. Not knowing of what I was getting myself into. With one phone call Michelle the manager reassured me!. She went above and beyond. Staying late, answering all the questions and making me feel good about myself and the situation. Ive never had such a great experience with something like this. Will definitely be back and recommend!

I went to the location in University Blvd here in Jacksonville and I was not treated very nice. I was not acknowledged as I walked in and I did feel that they wanted business. I came in today and met Michelle the manager and she made me feel right at home. She is so nice and professional and I will definitely refer my friends and family to her store!!! She is AWESOME!!!!

Michelle is absolutely amazing! I went to rent a center to get a few things for my first house 3 years away and Michelle has worked with me through these long first years, be it financial, personal or health issues she was there by my side and always pleasant! I would absolutely recommend this location over any other location. You always hear about negative stories when it comes to Rent a Center. And at the end of the day it is a business. But I feel like I was definitely treated like more than a customer here.

Although the people that work at this location are truly super, the service and follow-up leave much to desire. This has been an absolute nightmare that just continues forth.Hopefully, we will reach some kind of resolution on Monday. In the meantime, Ill just have to deal with the filthy, broken, improperly installed washer and dryer for which Ive already been charged.Nice.

My husband gets paid every Friday. We make our payments on Saturday. Naturally he didnt a paycheck on October 7 because it was the middle of a hurricane. His company isnt open on Saturdays so he didnt get his check till Monday morning. They still charged a late fee. Way to look out for customers in a crisis.
