I cannot say enough about R&S framing; not only are they professional, knowledgeable, and talented, but there is a warmth about them that makes you feel like family. I brought in a canvas painting, and had no clue what I was doing, or what I wanted. They spent a ton of time with me trying different frames and providing feedback. In the end, we decided to go ahead and stretch the canvas then come back to pick a frame. When I returned, they were just as enthusiastic and patient as they were for my first visit. Once again they spent a while with me, trying different frames and pricing out the options. It’s very obvious that they love what they do, and they love helping customers find the perfect frame. They are conscious of budgets, and have options for every price range. With all of their guidance (and patience!), I was able to find the perfect frame, and I couldn’t be happier! When I returned to pick up my framed canvas, Sara, Aaron, and I were chatting while checking out and we started talking about Halloween. I mentioned that I hadn’t gotten around to decorating or even getting a costume, and Sara handed me her monster eye headband so that I could have some Halloween spirit for trick or treaters. I have had several pieces framed by R&S framing over the past 30 years. I have never been disappointed. I am very picky about how my art is framed. Ms Sara and Sean are more detailed than I am. They always make improvements on my original vision. They spend a lot of time with their customers selecting the perfect frame, mating, and spacing. Their prices are reasonable and the craftsmanship is excellent.

I am really happy with the results we got with my old wheat paper bullfighting poster. It was folded into a 12 in.² and had several tears and creases on it when I took it to them. They mounted it on the board and it appears flawless. I cannot believe they got it to look so good. Their prices were very reasonable and this will be a piece that we hang in our main living space

Had a custom framing job that my wife mistakenly took to Michaels and they told her it couldnt be done. I knew better. RS Framing is a family run business that has been doing amazing work for me for years! Youll get better quality and service at RS Framing at reasonable prices! Why go anywhere else?

The entire team that I met at R&S Framing was so friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. I took in 4 photo prints and 4 old frames I wanted to repurpose and they were able to help make the photos fit and provide valuable input on color and size of mat board to use. They stuck to their turn around time promised of 1 week and got my art back to me on time. They even helped me carry it to the car and really showed they care about the integrity of their work.Working with the R&S team felt like working on a project with old friends. Such a different experience than working with some of the bigger corporations out there. Their prices were very reasonable and they took care in finding a solution within my budget. The small touch of providing the nails and anchors for hanging did not go unnoticed, and saved me an extra trip to the hardware store.

Ive used R&S Framing a few times now, but thats only because I so recently discovered them. The best place to come to for oversized framing! I had a large piece of artwork that I wanted framed and this place did not disappoint. The service was phenomenal and they did a great job showing me all the options I had. They even helped me load my truck with the large frame and made sure I had enough padding for it to survive the trip. The turn around time was quicker than expected and the quality of work far exceeded any of my expectations. My art now looks like it belongs in a museum! If I could leave 10 stars, Id leave 20.I ran into the store 2 weeks before Christmas with very little hope of getting what I needed - a custom mat in specific colors in an uncommon shape to frame a handmade gift. Not due to anything with the store, just that, I thought that I had left it too long and wouldnt be able to get anything in the limited time Id left myself. Box stores had let me down in color and shape of mats and frames, and I had little hope I could get an affordable rush job.NOT THE CASE!! I cant say that theyll always be able to accommodate super short timeframes, but they will try their absolute best.The whole experience took 25 minutes and I walked out with the absolute perfect mat. The staff knowledge, expertise, and customer service are beyond amazing. I asked for honest and professional opinions and got it. The price was extremely affordable and less expensive than Id anticipated.I have been floating around on an amazing experience high ever since - I will most definitely be coming back to R&S Framing for my future projects to be framed.

This family-run business is amazing. Kind people. Outstanding work. I had a frame custom built to fit a TV in our billiards room. Some unique modifications had to be made to the frame and R&S coordinated with a local shop to make it happen. The frame turned out great, the price was fair, and I was impressed with how fast they were able to get things done.

I came to them with a general idea of how I wanted a Navy change of command gift that included 5 separate items framed. They gave me creative input in the layout and made it better than my original plan. Extremely easy to work with. When I picked it up and had changed my mind about a small detail they it happily fixed it on the spot for me. I will recommend them for use in the future. Finished product was flawless! I called, spoke with a woman who was very friendly and professional. I explained my situation of needing a signed poster framed with a very short turn around. They agreed to take it on and understood my covert mission for my wifes birthday. The next day I got the poster to them at 8 am, when they opened. I talked with the man who was friendly. He kindly answered all my questions. We picked out a frame and glass. I went ahead and got the museum glass. He then called me around 1 pm with it finished. I had to lie to my wife and tell her i had to go into work so i could go get it. But we all know white lies dont hurt. In the end my wife lived her birthday gift. Took my picture to Michaels and they said 2 weeks to get my picture framed and R&S said it will be ready in 5 hours and when I got there it was ready in 20 minutes on Valentines Day. R & S has made this a wonderful Valentines Day.

The owners here are so extremely helpful!!! My boyfriend went here as a surprise for me to get a painting my grandpa had done framed. Sara answered all his questions, showed him some options he had, and then ultimately agreed that he should wait and bring me in to pick out a frame for the painting. When I went in, Sean was so helpful. He was very attentitive and had a real knowledge of what would work well with the painting and what wouldnt. I selected R&S to frame four cross-stitched MarBek/Serendipity Angels, representing the four seasons. I had been creating these as a matched set for over 15 years, so I wanted to be certain that the framers would handle the items with care. Above all, I wanted to avoid damage during the framing process. I was a new customer to them, and I was extremely pleased, as I could not have asked for better customer service. They offered helpful suggestions when I was uncertain of the best wood and matte colors to achieve the look I wanted and to complement the seasonal angels. The quality of the craftsmanship was all that I could have hoped for. I was absolutely delighted with the result. The cost was competitive and reasonable but not cheap, and I got more than I paid for. They also framed a much larger needlepoint piece which I presented as a surprise gift for a friend and the recipient was stunned at what a beautiful job they did. Kudos to R&S! I will definitely bring my treasures to be framed by them in the future.

I love that they participated in a fund raiser for the St. Augustine Wild Reserve - that is how I found out about them! I took in a couple of pieces that I never really liked and asked them to help me pick out framing and mats that would bring these pieces to life. My wife and I needed quite the custom job. We had four gyotaku, or fish prints, on cloth that we brought from Japan. I wanted to make the frames myself, but needed some advice on how best to mount and display these prints.
