Excellent, I would have made a mistake in the supplies I was getting but the sales clerk showed me the right way to accomplish my objective and at a much lower cost. And she was right.

This place is so sweet, they have just about everything u could need for art and or crafts. I am not over exaggerating either, it doesnt look as big outside as it actually is inside. The staff were so attentive and knowledgeable, I wanna personally thank everyone there. I dont know names, but everyone was wonderful, not to mention the prices are very reasonable. Great arts supply outlet. They are moving so stock is a little low but once they got relocates to Main Street they will be the source for supplies. They have they best paper supply in town.

I found Jacquard Dyes here, which is pretty cool so I dont have to wait to ship from online 😎 I might come pick up more colors soon, I hope they have been recently restocked!

As a full time artist I find myself in a variety of art stores around the state. This store has a great selection and fair prices. They run pretty good sales on canvases periodically and It’s the best place to get Copic markers in Jax. They also have a lot of specialty items that you won’t be able to get from the big box stores. I feel like customer service is lacking for a place like this. They aren’t overly helpful or readily available when you have a question. I always feel like I’m bothering them when I ask a question. I’ve been coming here regularly for over a year and see the same people almost every time and yet they act as if it’s my first visit and they’ve never seen me before. The framing department is the worst, it’s expensive and the employees there are even more rude. I honestly cringe when I have to interact with them. I would give them five stars if their customer service was better.

Wonderful selection of art supplies with some unique finds you wont see in chain craft stores like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. The staff is friendly, very familiar with their products (how to use them, pros and cons, etc) and most of them are artists so they can offer genuine insight with product selection. I love this store and will continue to support their small business.

The only real artist supply store in Jacksonville. At first I thought it was a little pricey but when I got to the check out and was told about sales on items I bought I changed my mind. I could spend hours in there just being inspired.I recently move to historic Springfield and can not express my excitement that Reddi-Arts will soon be right down the street. Good news for me but bad news for my budget.

The workers they are dont come up to you and greet you or try to help you you have to suggest stuff to them thats the only problem with it otherwise it has a load of art supplies and art things

This is an art store for anyone needing basic art supplies and lessons to expert. There are works done by local artists on exhibit for sale, all very extraordinary in craftsmanship. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Finally, there is framing available with a personal touch,. They revealed an archival quality art piece for me beautifully. Something for everyone.

All the art supplies you can possible think of are here. We attended a Weavers Guild exhibit, and enjoyed the handwoven shawls, wallhangings and scarfs very much. And they also have a vast array of picture frames to chose from.

I get all my art framed at Reddi Arts. They take so much care with everything they do.I had some very fragile African masks that were too fragile to hang on their own any more. They built out a silicone base to support the fragile clay structure and mounted them in a shadow box frame, so they’re safely preserved.I’d feel safe bringing them irreplaceable art, knowing they’ll treat everything with loving respect.

Sad to hear about the pending sale of the Reddi Arts in Jacksonville. I hope that the employees and business find a new home. Many memories of craftwork projects throughout the years since the 1980s. I still have printed tee shirts and professionally framed and mounted posters that have been hanging in my home for decades. The work and effort is as timeless as the art itself. Congratulations to the owner on retirement and hope to continue shopping with my family at a new location.

My daughters school orders art supplies from here and she needed a new sketch book. I looked on Amazon to avoid the trip but they dont sell a reddi art sketch book. BECAUSE you can ONLY get them HERE. They are under $10 for 8by11. Beautiful quality and specially made for this store. Got some other cool gifts for her. Comte crayons. Book on paper making. Buddt board. Gift book to inspire my budding artist. Cant believe I have never visited before. They even offer fine art classes. Fun place. A must visit if you are into any sort of art making.

Im not an artist, but this place has been in the same location for years and they have tons of art stuff. They also do custom framing, which was the reason for my recent visit. They worked with me to find a framing solution that met my needs and kept me within budget, which I really appreciated.

I moved to Jacksonville in 1966 from New Orleans - serious culture shock! My first discovery of a true local treasure came when a neighbor suggested I go to Reddi Arts to mount and frame an original painting that I loved. More than 50 years and some 20+ framed pieces later, Reddi Arts continues to be one if my favorite local places for framing, unique gifts, childrens art projects, and high quality paint, brushes and other supplies.

Ive been coming in here for years and it would be perfect if they had painting kits for beginners that were more then 6 primary colors.They sell packs of everything else so why not paints? As a beginner you dont really know what colors you will be needing. Youre better off going to Walmart for paints....I guess you could mix the colors for your different shades... Hmm...

I was recommended to go to this place because I had a large item to have laminated. I did call before I went and ask if they could do this large item. I was told yes and I could either wait as it is laminated or put in an order. I have never heard of this place but I thought I would give it a try.When I walked in, the people in the front were very nice. I told them what I needed done and they directed me to the Framing department. I went to the framing and spoke with a lady. I started to tell her how and why I was there. She cut me off and started to ask me questions about the item. She rolled her eyes and pulled out a folder and told me the price for getting it laminated. Then asked if that was something I could afford, yes afford. I asked her when will it be done. Her reply was well I guess Friday. I said oh I need it before then. She asked when I said today. She looked at me and said will I guess I will call the framer and see if he could do it. I said okay. While we are waiting the the lady took my name and number down. The framer came and looked at it, voiced his concerns, and said I can do it with a special process. It will be ready tomorrow. Reluctantly, I said okay. The lady hollared out from another room, remember the price. After he left, I was standing alone at the framing department desk like yesterdays trash. I stood there for a few moments thinking the lady was going to come and close the deal. She never came. I turned around and went to the front and asked if I was done. They look stunned at first and said if they have your name and number they can call you if they needed anything. They next day I was not called to let me know if the item was done. I called and was told from another lady that she told I was just going to just come by to pick it up. She apologized. I went there to pick it up. There was flaw in it but that happens when you laminate something. Not a big deal.Over all, the product was good but the lady from the first day at the Framing department needs to learn customer service skills as well as social skills. If I ever present this attitude to a customer/client, my head would have been on a chopping block.

Reddi Arts has been my go to art supply store when I need high quality materials at great prices. They have the lowest price Copic Markers in town and most of my collection was purchased from them. Their staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. Ive taken a class once before and it was great! Im willing to make the long drive through traffic to get to San Marco and always leave feeling fulfilled: even if I dont end up making a purchase!

I was in a huge bind today. Printer ran out of ink...boss was leaving to go to an important meeting and had 15 minutes to get there. I called Jade and emailed her the pics I needed printed. In less than 10 minutes she had them printed and handed them to my boss on the way through. You saved me today Jade. Thank you so very much!!!!!

Always fun to visit Reddi Arts to see whats new. Hard to stop by without buying something even if I dont need another bottle of Liquitex Ultramarine Blue. Im going to use it eventually, probably. Got to step in and see whats going on in Gallery 1037 too. Never had a bad visit here.

While the store was nice and the workers where friendly, I bought a pen and less than 24 hours later the pen died. I didnt use it much but to test it out and on two simple drawings one of which is not even finished being inked.
