I appreciated the opportunity to describe over the phone what I was looking for and it wasn’t a stock option on the website. They were beautiful and smelled so good. I feel the value of the roses, vase, ribbon bow, and all the accompanying greenery was very high and all for a very reasonable price. I will be ordering here again.

They are a wonderful florist!Although the most recent delivery fee was a bit of a shock at $17.95, I will continue to use Kuhn as my go to florist! Oh my, whats not to like about Kuhn Flowers. They have been our Go-To Florist in Jacksonville for untold many years. The flowers are always beautiful, and I do not think their service can be matched. We live in California, so depend primarily on their website, which is a joy to work with. The first thing I noticed years ago about Kuhn is their Email Confirmation once the order is delivered. For an out-of-towner, this is important. When I ordered todays delivery, I discovered a unique addition to their website. I was able to leave a gratuity for the Artist and the Delivery person. I enjoy recognizing workers that provide a personal touch. As expected, todays arrangement was delivered early as requested. 9:10 to be exact.If I have one regret about Kuhn Flowers, it is that they do not have a store in Whittier, CA. Our florists are OK, but they cant hold a candle to Kuhn.

I couldn’t find an arrangement online that fit, so I ordered the Wildflower Designer’s Choice. Weve never had a bad experience with Kuhn Flowers. My son sent me a beautiful orchid on May 9th for Mothers Day, and tomorrow is Fathers Day... June 20th... and my orchid is still beautiful. Its opened all its blooms, and only one flower has dropped.

Placed order to be sent to my wife at 9:15 AM and as of 2:30 PM the arrangement had not been delivered. So when I called to inquire about the order I was told that I had my wifes name as both the orderer and who is to get the flowers. Like I typed all that myself. It was explained to me (by Elysee) that their guarantee is flowers going to business have until 4PM for people to receive to take home. What a joke. When I called back to cancel the order I was told they could not get in touch with the driver (this day and age, what delivery driver would not have a smartphone for directions). She put me on hold and came back to tell they would cancel the order. I noticed the owner commenting on the positive reviews, when they should commenting to the negative reviews. I have been a customer of Kuhns for over 25 years. And based on how I was handled this may very well be the last time.

We ordered $250. of flowers for my moms viewing, and they left out the red roses we ordered to be added . So we didnt get the red, white and blue we were going after. My mom was born on the 4th of July. She was a firecracker. She was a sweet woman. Ill miss her dearly.

I was supposed to receive two and a half dozen roses for my birthday only four of them was fully open roses the rest of them were small buds that look like this the next day but when we called to complain they said theyre supposed to droop over like that but dont worry they will stand back up and open well it never happened these roses are dead I would never shop at this place

Beautiful arrangements but delivery challenges. The people who work at Kuhn have always been great and the arrangements beautiful but we recently ordered flowers 3 days in advance for a non-holiday weekday early morning delivery and somehow didnt receive them until very late afternoon after 2 phone calls. Not happy at all and for us bad enough to warrant not using Kuhn again. Very unfortunate.

I have ordered from Kuhn flowers exclusively after a few bad experiences with online shops (online shops deliver flowers in boxes, meh). Kuhn is always helpful, can deliver locally same day (if you order early enough) and they accommodate my wifes lily allergy by substituting in daisies and other flowers. As long as I live in Jacksonville, I will congratulate, appreciate and apologize using Kuhn flowers.

I had a consultation with Heather for my upcoming wedding in February. She was not very welcoming or helpful and the entire time during the meeting I felt as though we were bothering her even though this was a planned appointment. While I was fully aware that flower costs would be increased due to a wedding near Valentines Day. I was told that even though I would be paying a deposit they could not hold a certain flower I wanted due to the holiday. Just based off this experience I would not even buy an arrangement for a family member from Kuhns. I highly recommend Kari from Jacksonville Flower Market. She was very warm and welcoming and had no problem holding the certain flower for my wedding day.

Amazing flowers, employees actually care and the dedication to the holidays can show that they mean a lot and care as well.

Great experience!!! Ordered a flower arrangement from another state to be delivered to an in-patient friend. The staff was extremely helpful, they made me feel as if I was dealing with my local florist-friendly, warm and personal. I had originally ordered flowers to be delivered, Kuhn’s called to check with the hospital about delivery and found out that my friend couldn’t receive them for the area of the hospital they were in. Kuhn’s called me to let me know and explained other options to me. We changed my ordered to something more suitable and they even obliged my request of sending me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it. My friend was happy to receive his bouquet of balloons, it definitely made his day. Glad I chose Kuhn’s Flowers, they did a wonderful job.

Kuhn flowers did the boutiques for my wedding last weekend and I must say they were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I could not of been more happy with the arrangements. However, I was slightly disappointed with the costumer service at some points. Overall, I would recommend them!

Driver speeds at approximately 40mph through neighborhood with 15mph speed limit due to very narrow roads and many, many children and families walking and playing. Disobeying speed limit in my neighborhood will get you in big trouble. Try it again and there will be big problems for you.

I had a wonderful florist (In Bloom Florist).I decided at the last minute to grab a centerpiece for my wife ... stopped by & the staff was very helpful. They had an array of various arrangements (seasonal & otherwise). They offered to custom design anything I might want in case I had something particular in mind.Planned on spending $75 - $100 & walked out w/ an AWESOME & BEAUTIFUL arrangement w/ fall colored candles for $65!! The piece is 25” Long & 12” wide!!

Really? I call to see if I can get a reply to the flowers I want. The lady rudely just says, “ I can have someone email you back” and hangs up. Without asking for my email or anything. I can’t wait until Amazon gets into the flower business. Then there will be real customer service.
