I just bought an E-tron and the experience was fun from start to finish. This is the first time a dealership spoiled me and didnt try to get me processed and out of the door. I worked with Marshall and Brock and they treated me like a friend. E-trons are in high demand and Marshall communicated with me often until he found one. He and Brock worked together behind the scenes to find me the next car off the boat. Signing the paperwork was done electronically and it took almost no time. Finally, during parts of the process where I waited for something, Marshall talked with me about many things. This is now my dealership for life. I have gone to Audi twice so far after moving to Jacksonville from NYC. I had work done both times on my car, and both times I worked with Jessica who was amazing each time. They provided me a loaner to get around while my car was getting worked on, and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Always answered our questions and kept my husband and I updated on any issues and concerns with our car. I would definitely recommend working with Jessica if you have any maintenance needs on your Audi.

They’ll lie their way to get as far as they can. A finance department worker told me he would do a soft pull and not a hard one to estimate whether I’d get a certain promotional APR. he did a hard pull and the manager I spoke afterwards told me they don’t do soft pulls so he doesn’t know why the guy would lie. He also said they’d try to eliminate the inquiry but they’ve done nothing nor have they reached out. Why was it so important to run my credit? I’m legit buying an Audi in the next couple days but this is the #1 place I’m avoiding. Judging by other reviews they’re not professional at all

Stephan real turn the heat up with this show room, we were greeted by a younger salesman who even though it was close to closing time gave us 200% of his attention, grabbed keys and showed us everything we were curious about, even knowing we weren’t hot and heavy buyers just browsing! Extremely impressive inventory, 10/10 will be where I buy my next car when the time comes! The overall sales experience was fine. My trade value was fair and the process was smooth. I am unhappy now, months later when I find out that the window tint I got charged $700 for is in fact years old and now peeling from the car. I should say here that the car was CPO, so there was really no way of knowing if it was new tint or not. Of course there is a “warranty” on the tint, but I live over two hours away. So I am now having to pay out of pocket to have my window tint removed, and new tint installed. I thought maybe buying a higher end vehicle came with higher end service, and maybe some honesty, but I suppose that was incorrect.

This was the best experience in purchasing a car that I have ever experienced. I will definitely would recommend jackson in his great customer service. An would definitely come back to him in future purchases.

What can I say, I didnt expect to purchase a truck from an Audi dealership, but the experience was so genuine and stress free. Justin and Abigail at Audi of Jacksonville, listened intently to not only my wants but also my needs. Never pressuring me for anything outside of my means or budget. I had to think about the purchase (get my wifes blessing) and without pressure Justin informed me that someone at another location will be looking at the vehicle. On his own time Justin took the vehicle there and brought it back the same night, in case I was still interested it would be right there for me. I was traveling from Savannah to Tampa when the Q5 Quattro I was driving got a flat. Thanks to this dealership having later hours and excellent customer service. I was able to have the car towed to the dealership that night and was back on the road the next day. (Even conducted a recall on seatbelt inspection that was due for the vehicle) And allowed my German Shepherd to hang out in the lobby while we were waiting. Alex was great to work with. I felt highly scammed. Was charged $243 for an oil change, was told I would get my tires rotated and when I looked at the receipt I noticed I only got an oil change. Ive gotten oil changes at other Audi dealers for a fraction of the price. And was almost made to pay $700 for some checks but I kindly denied. Not a good experience. Be careful and make sure you ask what is being done.

Service was great. But the billing for a diagnostic test performed when the engine light came on included a waste/supplies charge of $34+ . Since there was no waste involved in the diagnostic testing...I questioned that charge and was told it was a standard charge for repair orders. Not a good practice.

I have been looking for an Audi R8 for a while. I noticed on Audi of Jacksonville’s website that they had a few in stock (specifically the one I wanted). So while doing a Home Depot run I decided to walk in. I was greeted by a salesperson named Justin. He was cordial and professional. He treated me great every step of the way. The deal was beyond fair and the finance department helped me with an extended warranty (highly recommended on any of their sports cars). If you’re looking for an Audi, this is the one to go to.

I was Charged for a fuel injector flush in the cooler exchange at 74,000 miles and 88,000 miles I was charged for the same exact thing. I spent over $1700 I asked for the military 10% discount and he only gave me a $67 discount. Not a happy customer... I will be taking this up line to management.

Just stopped by to look at a car. I generally dont like salespeople to harass us but for being outside for 30 minutes, not one person came to help us. We even went inside for a minute and they just looked at us weird and said nothing. We left but got aggrevated so we back and had to ask for help to look at a car we wanted. The plus side was that it didnt take long to process everything to take car home with us, so for this reason I went from 1 star to 3.

Rob in service was absolutely incredible to work with after I encountered an issue with my Audi from a previous dealership. Being new to the state, this was my first encounter at this dealership and Rob generously took the time to talk with me over the phone and figure out what the problem was. He was able to recommend a towing agency and have my car fixed in less than a day. My fiancé and I went into the Audi dealership not having discussed purchasing an Audi. Ibo was an outstanding salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He was able to help us get the color and type of vehicle we wanted. I had to wait a few days. Q5 was from Orlando area. Audi of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. staff was very nice. The day we came back to actually purchase that particular vehicle. We came at out appt. time, but, we had to wait for 2 other couples buying cars this day. We didn’t leave until 11pm that night. The only thing I would change, is for us to not have to wait for others. As, we had already decided to purchase. Take care of every customer, that’s tough to do, with one “business” manager person on site. Also, our business manger wasn’t the most honest about what was already approved with additional packages we wanted. Overall Ibo, made our process the best he could do. Thank you Ibo, this is a late review. Better late than never.

I feel that there was a ridiculous amount of pressure to purchase grossly overpriced, useless add-ons, valued at $7300, especially after I made it clear I didnt want this junk. In spite of this, we still got the car we went there for.During the checkout process, where we were also attempting to set up accounts and passwords in order to activate the MMI, phone, etc., the sales person was attempting to multitask, which doesnt work. He was trying to simultaneously attend to us and talk to someone on his cell phone about another deal. This was a real cluster, rude and immature.During the sales process we were told that an additional application of Clear Coat would be made while we waited for the deal to be finished, for reasons unknown to me. As it turns out, either no coat was applied, or it went over a dirty/unprepared surface. The salesman promised a new coat and a free tank of gas. As this coating is of no real value, Ill pass.Net: the dealership lacks professionalism; the vehicle is fine.

The staff at this location is top notch. If you are looking for the most technological vehicle out there, without being an electric one, the new Audi A4,A6 and Q8 with the Google integration is phenomenal. Google maps in the dash where the speedometer is located is cool and very useful. So go check them out you wont be disappointed. I heard that they had the new Audi electric car there the other day and that was a work of art.This is the New Audi Q8 with all the bells and whistles. Including massage seats. WOW!!!

We came in and found this beautiful Nissan Frontier that we immediately fell in love with. Justin came up right away and asked to help us out and he did the best I’ve ever seen. Sales team of Evan and Ryan were outstanding in 1) identifying a great low mileage turbo s product that is hard to come by. 2) were very helpful in moving through the process including delivering the car to a shop to conduct PPI on their time ( I have not had this benefit on similar purchases with other dealers). They were also reasonable about price, a proper car has a market value but they were reasonable on price. 3) The business manager George was very good about following up and completing the process. In short, of the porsche products Ive been the #2 owner on this has been the smoothest process to date. Would recommend this team to colleagues and friends, i.e. would re hire. Thanks guys.

This was my first time at Audi of Jacksonville. Previously, I’ve had a Lexus and used Fields and a BMW and used Tom Bush. They were both terrible. I was blown away by the responsiveness and helpfulness of Rob, my service manager. He was so helpful over the phone when I scheduled my service.
