I needed to extend my wifi service outside my home for cameras installed around the property. Based on internet reviews I bought from Amazon a system that was rated well in the reviews as preconfigured and simple to install. It was not so. After several days of frustration, I called Gene at First Coast Entertainment for expert help.He came out the same day and worked tirelessly to fix what should have been done by the manufacturer. I was beyond boiling point and wanted to return the equipment, but he very patiently worked through it all, dealing with poor rural satellite internet service also.He got it working and in the process was able to increase the satellite internet speed output in my system, which was a bonus. They exemplify true customer service!It works great now, and Gene followed up with a call today to be sure everything was working.We discussed future options should we want further internet extensions. I am beyond pleased with what was done and would recommend Gene and his company and I will certainly call them again.
