I knew when I went in what I wanted and found it on the lot. I went into the dealership and was immediately greeted by a very nice young man, Andrew. He helped me through the whole process. He and everyone there was extremely friendly. I was also greeted in person from the manager. That was important to me that he took time out of his day to meet me. All over, a very nice experience.

Staff were very courteous and professional. They did what they said they were going to do, and got the work done when they said they would. They even made a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be made and did them at no charge. Bringing my Ascent back to me after it had been washed and vacuumed was an excellent touch. Such nice and considerate people.

Arrived at Scheduled appointment. 30 minutes in Op Subaru realized they ordered the wrong part. No big deal. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, get the car back. Wasted 30 minutes driving there, 1 hour 45 minutes sitting, and 30 minutes driving back. Waste of a Saturday. Work full time, time off is precious to me.

On August 29, 2020 I turned in my rental 2017 Subaru Impreza and purchased a 2020 Subaru Impreza. I live in Gainesville Florida and Orange Park Subaru is in Jacksonville 75 miles from Gainesville. I have never had either Impreza in to Orange Park for service.
