Brought my car in for an aftermarket part install, left with a scratch in my door. Shop manager offered to take care of it, however referred me to a sketchy body shop with little experience in the business. door repair made my car worst then it left. they do honest mechanical work, however, they should be more careful.

I purchased a 100k mile BMW X5 and brought it to Mack Motorwerks for a few known issues. Starting with the prompt communication (phone and text) for the appointment, the professional review of service requested items upon drop off, the quality of service performed, the effort Mack expended to find quality parts for this 12-year car, the workmanship, the integrity, the extra effort**, and the on-time delivery...I could not be more impressed! **An overall safety inspection and driving test revealed a minor suspension wear item that I had not detected. But their expert knowledge found this issue which was inexpensive to replace, but could have resulted in a costly (and dangerous) situation if not discovered. THANK YOU. Very happy with Mack Motorwerks and entire staff (including Linsey and Rose). I am already planning on next visit with a classic 911.

PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I went to MACK Motorwerks for what should have been a very common and uncomplicated repair, replacing the alternator in a 2011BMW 528i. The same day that I got my car back, it broke down less than 2 miles from the shop. The owner was very responsive, met me at the gas station and had my car towed back to the shop to look for what the problem was. The error I got was that the battery was not charging which led me to believe that something was not reconnected properly. Anyway, 2 days after I got the car back for the second time, I no longer have that problem but instead a new one. The car starts very hard and the check engine light is on. Keep in mind that prior to bringing my car here for a”less expensive (cheaper) alternative”, my car was at the dealership the previous week where the only issues identified was the need for a new battery, which was replaced at the dealership and they said I needed an alternator immediately…hence how I ended up at Mack Motorwerks. I came to this shop because the quote I received was the best price, the owner was very friendly and more importantly all reviews were excellent. I’m not sure how authentic the reviews are but I would not bring my car here for a more complicated service/repair since changing an alternator has proven to be too much of a challenge for them. So here I am trying to save a couple of hundred dollars, only to return to the dealership and now spend to get what was not a problem fixed and essentially end up spending more than if I’d gone with the dealership to begin with. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is awesome but the actual performance of what I paid for sucks. PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

This shop is by far the best hands down if you need good quality work done on your car and by A+ Mechanics talk to Terry and his guys they are on point thats why i go back and will continue to go back they are honest and hard working and dont play games!!!

Terry is amazing! I have owned a number of vehicles from an STi and a Mustang to an S4 and an M3. There is nothing that he can’t do and has always gone the extra mile for me including calling me on a Sunday from his personal cell to make sure the car met my standards. I would never let another person touch any car I own. Thank you Terry and Mack Motorwerks for all of your hard work.

I had been deferring some maintenance on my C6 Corvette for several months, due to being unable to find a trustworthy performance shop. Travis and Terry went above and beyond in taking great care while making several necessary repairs (i.e. brakes, harmonic balancer, HUD repair, transmission & rear diff service, etc.). Also, upon their recommendation to add a new cold air intake and a Dyno tune, while the car was in the shop, new life was breathed into the car. I was even invited to video the Dyno pulls (a really cool experience).I am beyond pleased with both the knowledge and quality of work, including the impeccable customer service. Everything was done in accordance with the pre-approved detailed estimate (no surprises). Dave is the absolute best. Tuned my BMW 335 single turbo. Forget about remote tunes, go here. Dave will find a few extra HP, and best of all a MUCH smoother driving car than the off the shelf MHD or JB4 tunes. Absolutely awesome experience.
