Would give 0 stars if possible. This dealership sold me a Jeep Wrangler that we had for less than 24 hours and has been in the shop for 3 months. It has been given back to them 3 different times for the same issues. The first month and a half they did not give me a rental car. When I first bought the vehicle it had a terrible detailing job and the gas light was on. The salesman offered to give me $10 to fill it up. Its like pulling teeth to get an answer from the service department for any updates. And the managers never return calls and are always on lunch when I come in to talk to people. They do not care about their customers after theyve made the sale. Worst dealership experience Ive had by far. Will never purchase another vehicle from them.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if given the choice. We bought a new car from here in 2019. The converter was stolen in may 2021. We were told the part was on back order.every time we call to try to find out any information we were told they would call back. Never once have they called back. We still have not received a shipping date for this part. They couldn’t even give us a loaner car for more than 4 days. Never offered any kind of assistance or advice even though other dealerships were helping people in these situations. This has been the worst place to deal with.

I took my Thunderbird in for an oil change and had tires rotated. Everyone I encountered with was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to talk with. They even called me that morning to remind me of my appointment which I truly appreciate. I purchased my car from Bobs Mitsubishi. I saw this beautiful 2005 50th Anniversary Thunderbird and had to have it and so I did. This has been such a fun car, I love it! Bobs Mitsubishi took great of me. It wasnt a long wait either, they even offered me some refreshments.

This is the worse place to buy a vehicle. They sold me a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage g4 with the side skirt hanging off and told me they would order the part and repair it instead of just getting me a new vehicle. Well it’s been almost a year and they still don’t have my part so I’m driving a brand new vehicle that I’m paying tons of money for with the side skirt hanging off. I will never do business with these crooks again.

I was looking for a vehicle that this dealership had in stock from out of state. However was not able to go through with the purchase due to to a few minor things that were not addressed - a compression test and a key for the wheel locks that were on the car. Im sure if it was a local purchase, it would not have been a deal breaker. However being well over 500+ miles away and paying shipping and price for the car, these minor things would be a challenge and required additional work and money on my behalf once I received the car.With that being said, Meghan; the sales professional assigned to me was stellar to work with. She made every effort to satisfy my requests and provided exceptional guest service. I do wish I couldve purchased the car from her based on the level of service I had received.If you are on the lookout, I highly encourage you to ask for Meghan, you will not be disappointed!

Well let’s just say the dealership in Myrtle Beach needs help. I purchased a $60k truck and asked the salesman to FaceTime me as I live four hours away. He did and pointed out a couple small dings and besides that he said it was a great truck. So I loaded up my family and we drove into town late Thursday night and I asked for the truck to be ready for me Friday morning. I was at the dealership when they opened as planned, looked over the truck, gave my personal information, and bought the truck. I asked for the tires shake to be looked at, tire pressure was off, and the truck had a musky smell. The small dents were mentioned and said easy fix and the truck would be ready by the end of the day. I agreed to pick up the truck first thing in the morning. When we arrived the truck wasn’t ready and I was told it would be a couple hours they were waiting for the parts to be delivered. I saw no sense of urgency, the floor manager didn’t check on the truck until he saw I wasn’t happy, and it took me leaving and three additional hours for the truck to be ready. The finance manager was clueless. She told me I got a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty as long as I got the truck serviced there. I was happy to hear until I told her I bought a diesel and she quickly backed out of that agreement even after we both signed. Then she didn’t know how to transfer my current tag from my old truck so I had to buy a new tag. She also told me the truck had never been wrecked. I later found out the front end had damage, the tire shake was still there, and the salesman’s promise the tire pressure was corrected was also wrong. The spare tire was lose, driver seat was missing a trim piece, and the dents couldn’t be addressed because the dent guy only came every other Tuesday. Oh and they left the dealer tag in my truck and expected me to pay the fee and they would later reimburse me instead of sending me a self address envelope. I also tried calling the owner to share my concerns and he didn’t bother calling me back. Needless to say they need to learn professionalism, customer service, and customer satisfaction. First and last vehicle I’ll purchase with them. I gave them two stars only because my salesman tried his best.

Recently got my oil changed, seemless process for the most part there was a small issue where they charged me for my free oil change but they fixed that but then they charged me almost $40.00 for a tire rotation when they told me it was only going to be $20.00 then they forgot the sticker that told me when to come back but they got that fixed for me too. It was an okay experience just a lot of discrepancies...
