I needed to transfer my service closer to home in Fleming Island. A friend recommended Susan Kay as a service advisor. She was great from the start and helped me get all my info from previous Fields Auto dealership together. Brought my car in on Saturday 10.23.21 and was greeted by the most magical human named Andres. He truly made the best first impression on my initial visit. We shared a laugh or two and he made sure that I had everything I needed out of my car before they took it to service. Susan was off that day so I had the pleasure of working with Brett Crawford. He was very friendly and efficient. He asked me if I had a preference of the loaner and I said “I only ride in black so surprise me.” He placed me in a beautiful brand new loaner. When I returned that afternoon he even walked me over to the sales person I had been speaking to as well as gave me a tour of all that the dealership had to offer. Let me just say from the moment I pulled into the dealership I knew I made the right decision of transferring to OP Lexus. They keep their dealership clean and orderly and the staff is the most professional and pleasant. Thank you Khai for running a smooth ship in service. I bought a 2021 RX450H and was apprehensive because it was a nice amount of money. Johnny Warner was my sales guy and I was there over 5 hours trying to decide. He never once made me feel pressured or that I was taking up his time. It by far was the best investment in a car. I highly recommend Johnny. He will be honest and find you the car you are looking for.
I have bought many cars in the last 8 years and this was by far the best and easiest experience. I called and spoke to Ericka Richardson in search of an SUV I found online. I showed up to my appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the truck I wanted to view was already waiting for me when I arrived. Ericka made the process seamless. Friendly service that values integrity. Julian was informative and helpful with my girlfriends first car purchase. We never felt pressured by him and we were given a good deal even in a hot used car market. When we came back the next day Erica helped us with our paperwork even staying late to make sure it was completed. She was always smiling and cheerful while we were there and very personable. Katy helped us with our financing; she had a great personality and was very knowledgeable and supportive during the process. Overall Lexus of Orange Park is 5/5 in our book!
I had no plans to purchase a new car for another 2 years. I dont like change and I definitely dont like what I call convenience payments. I had a 2008 Toyota camry with 300,500 miles on it. My baby gave out on me on I-10 and was not feasible for repair. As my mechanic put it I got my money and someone elses too out of that car. I went from dealership to dealership just trying to find something Id be satisfied with.During that time, I found what would be my car listed on Netlook. Initially I passed over it because a dealer told me they had a better offer only to find out they fudged the numbers. I circled back to this car, and how nice Ericka was. So after sleeping on it and seeing that car was still available, i just showed up at the dealership and to my surprise Ericka was the person to great me! I explained to her what happened, and told her that I wanted that car. She was happy to see me come in and made tge process a breeze.My experience here was by far the best car buying experience Ive had. Ericka gave me a family vibe vs that sleezy salesman feeling Id gotten up until this point. She listened, paid attention and most importantly stayed within the boundaries that i set. Everyone was super nice! I did everything online. Elizabeth brought the car for me to test drive. Im a high risk individual, so going to a crowded dealership was worrisome for me. Our vehicle purchasing experience was first-rate!!! We were quite pleased from the moment Johnny Warner reached out to us in response to our vehicle inquiry to the final step of signing the documents. Our Sales Consultant was Cherry Moore, and I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a vehicle! She was knowledgeable about the vehicles in which we were interested, and answered all of our questions. I even called her unknowingly on her day off, and she took the call and discussed the vehicle with me! We honestly enjoyed interacting with and doing business with her! She was terrific! Received call for recall notice on fuel pump issue and arranged to bring vehicle in for repair. Susan was very accommodating and arranged to have a loaner vehicle to use during the repair. The next afternoon everything was completed as promised. Great communication and follow-thru for the whole event, they even identified and performed an alignment. Prior to purchasing a vehicle they had explained that the part would not be available but would let me know once available. We feel much better about an upcoming trip and trust this dealership with our future maintenance to keep the vehicle in operation. Thank you Susan and all the team their at your facility.
My husband and I have purchased many cars of the years and we dread the all day process when purchasing cars but its something weve learned to expect. However, in all the years weve gone through the car purchasing process this was the very first time our experience was quick and painless. We arrived at the Lexus Dealership at 11:05AM and we were leaving in our brand new 2020 ES350 at 12:29PM. We were truly impressed amazed and so pleased with the service we recd from Lexus of Orange Park. Ive been driving the ES350 for 4days now and love everything about it with all the amazing features in this car. It handles great and hugs the road with a powerful drive. The car color is called Atomic Silver and the inside interior looks beautiful with the two tone color of brown and dark tan color. This was my first maintenance experience with my new Lexus RX350. The Fields team had the reservation process down pat. I was greeted immediately on arrival and my maintenance advisor met me with an estimated completion time for servicing. After relaxing in the very clean, bright waiting area, I enjoyed the exceptional hospitality of Lexus of Orange Park. Right on schedule, I was handed my keys to a services, washed, and interior-cleaned car! On the road in an hour.

We were actually at another dealership in Jacksonville and called Lexus of Orange Park and spoke to Ericka Richardson. She was SUPER professional and nice on the phone, actually convincing us to drive across town to meet her and let her show us what they had to offer. She met us at the door and already had a car pulled up front to show us. Ericka was very patient and accommodating, showing Vera several vehicles... Ericka was a 5 Star rating!!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND... NOT pushy...Openly discussing/showing several different vehicles with no regards to the time or how long we were there!! Finally, after 6:00 PM on Friday before Memorial Day, we made the deal!!!!THEN, we met Tony Todisco, the finance guy....... if possible, he would get the NEGATIVE 5 star rating... I will be nice and stop there (not describing him, his attitude or the experience while dealing with Tony... rest assured, it WAS NOT Positive!!!!!. He is the only reason I cant give a 5 star rating!! I was a Lender in Consumer and Commercial Banking for 30 years... so even though I may talk slow.... my thinking when it comes to finances is NOT quite that slow!!! :-) . Misty Colin ( General Sales Manager) came in his office to be sure everything was fine with our deal before she left for the evening.. We appreciate Misty coming in to check on us!! My husband normally brings the vehicle, but I was able to go with him today. Everyone was very kind, professional and attentive. I was very impressed with the young lady doing the walk-a-round the vehicle and taking pictures. I trained customer satisfaction processes in dealerships for 13 years and this part of it has decreased over the years. Dealerships spends thousands of dollars because of proper walk-a-rounds not being done. Nice job. The only thing that wasnt mentioned at the time of pick-up was that my vehicle needed tires...received the MPI inspection through email the next day that showed this. The dealership cafe is back open and we were encouraged to have breakfast before leaving. We received updates via e-mail or text. Upon returning the checkout was as smooth as the check in. Sandra Howard was our Sales Consultant. She provided excellent information and service to help us make our final decision about purchasing our Lexus ES 350. When the sale was completed and we were ready to take the car home, she explained every detail about the car before we left the lot. We were overwhelmed with all the information, but her explanations did help us understand how to operate all the bells and whistles on the car. Of course, we were given our the car manuals, but her explanations were concise and to the point. She is an excellentSales Consultant and it was a pleasure to interact with her.

I was disappointed with the service that I receive when I took my car to be serviced on May 19th. I received a text message stating that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived the few workers that were in the service department acted as if they didnt see me and left me standing there for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Then when they did acknowledge me they pulled the pouch that normally holds the paperwork and the key to your car. My key was missing and they had to search for it for about another 15-20 minutes. Then when they did bring my car around... the tech passed serious gas in my car and left it stinking so bad I almost got sick! Very unhappy customer!

I have a 2012 Lexus ES350. It is truly a great car. I got the 2012 because Im not a fan of the grill look. Anyway this is about my service experience. My car is little up in miles and it started sounding like a truck when I drove it. Jennifer, my service technician, had it check out, fixed, and clean up. Now it sounds and rides like the quiet smooth ride that Lexus is known for. Great service! They provided a loaner for me while the work was done and I was able to get a lot done. They got me in and out!

The sales lady Jane was rude to me when I came by to give my daughter money for a deposit. She made it very clear to me that she did not want to speak with me at all regarding the sale even though it was my money that was being used. I purchased my Porsche last year from Porsche Jacksonville. I wont be a future customer because of this.

My great experience started before I even stepped on site. Julian and I communicated several times via text and email, so I had a great understanding of my purchase and/or lease options. When I got to the dealership, Julian was occupied with another customer, and I was introduced to Elizabeth Kelly. She was amazing! She asked me questions, listened to my answers, and used the information to guide my experience. Two test drives and a walk around the lot later, I drove off in my new Lexus NX 300. Jennifer and the service team has gone above and beyond... while my car was in for normal service, an unexpected problem was found.Communication and Photos were prompt. While we are currently discussing how Lexus will proceed (since I’ve only had the vehicle for 2 months)... my husband and I feel good that Lexus will make this right.This feeling comes because of the great communication and statements like “we understand and have procedures in place to help”. Lexus of Orange Park is the best, most efficient, nicest dealership we have ever dealt with. We live over 2 hours away and did 90% of our deal online and over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership there were no nasty surprises....only amazement of how truly nice and efficiant everyone is. Most importantly, they gave us the best deal in a 200+ mile radius. We would not hesitate to return for our 2nd Lexus!

The car service was prompt though detailing was not available. Another note the loaner car had a strong perfume smell. It was undrivable due to this.

I developed an issue with my tire pressure on Saturday and drove to the Lexus dealership for assistance and even though I did not have an appointment they proceeded to fix my tire that had picked up a nail. They were efficient, pleasant and thorough. Thank you Lexus service department!
We went to Fields first before going to other dealerships to test drive vehicles. We went to one more location and the experience was so opposite of what we had experienced with Catlin Miller at Fields. We decided not to go anywhere else. We immediately returned to Fields and purchased our car there. He was great! Katie in finance made the paperwork easy and relaxing, which is often hard when you are dealing with money! And the service/body department made the car look fabulous! We will return to Fields the next time we are looking for a Lexus! Highly recommend!!! Thank you for making this process so easy.

As always, Jomar and your service department does a terrific job. We had arranged a loaner, and had to keep it overnight, as parts needed to be ordered. We live an hour away, and our car was delivered the next day. And the driver returned the loaner for us.No fuss, no muss! A bit expensive though.

Cherry Moore, our sales agent. was very professional and patient as we continued to bounce around with the decision making process. When the car was delivered, she presented it in the showroom with a personalized greeting announcement and a large red bow on top. I have purchased more than 10 new vehicles and this was the least stressful and most favorable outcome.
I don’t remember who my advisor was I’m pretty bad with names. Had an issue with my key fob never locking or unlocking my doors and not being able to open my trunk. Got me in and out in less than 10 minutes and cost me nothing. I’m very grateful for them taking care of me even though the shop was full.
