He told me to be there at 8 am sharp so I was there at 745. he didnt show up till 930. told me to come back at 12. I showed up at 1145 and waited 2 and a half hours for him to get back from lunch after only 2 hours of working. when I told him I would be back at 3 the next day. he said he would be there and I waited a hour for him to get to the shop again.

Personally, NO STARS. The passanger front brake caliper froze up on my wifes Dodge Expedition in front of this shop. She paid them $340 (w/tip) and replaced the worn brake pads, warped rotor, and a crushed brake sensor. On her way home, the brake retaining clips were falling off and it was towed back to the shop. The owner said hed fix the issue for free and any additional parts for free. After an additional week, the explanation was they were waiting on the parts from the dealership. I informed him I work for an auto parts stored down the street and we had the parts in a brake/caliper rebuilding kit for $25. He said hed get them and would get it done the next day. Heres the problem I have. The shop is closed a good half the time theyre advertised as open. They dont answer the phone or return phone calls from their shop phone or their cell phone. No actual mechanics around (part timers). People sitting in the shop shucking and jiving on the customer couch. Then when it came time to back it out of the garage; an active duty U.S Navy serviceman pulled up in his car in camouflaged fatigues and backed out my wifes car while I watched. The shop is a cigarette smoke death pit! If you want great service then judge this shop by its cover! It looks like a Detroit ghetto cesspool of oil and filth around a dilapidated building. Never again.

I would not take my car there if my life depended on it.They over charged my friend and they did not fix her car properly and she ended up taking it to another shop. Where they charge less then half what she paid at All Models.Very bad place to take your car to.
