Worst place ever today. Had family take tires in to be moved to other rims and accused of being a rich farmer. Then they treated us even worse when they were corrected. Was going to be buying over 30 tires from them this year for my personal stuff and business equipment. Going to go to best drive in Jacksonville from now on. Atleast there myself and family are treated with respect amd dignity.

Could not get to the air hose to many cars in front of air hose.

After 10 years of consistently outstanding service we have been disappointed on our last three visits. Each time we have scheduled an oil change with a tire rotation. At each instance we have arrived to learn that the tire rotation had not been completed. On one occasion the incorrect product was used for an oil change. We are saddened and disappointed by the degradation of service offered here. Hopefully the owners and management will work with new staff to provide a better customer experience.

Dugana is willing to come do tires if you have flats in the region. Its not cheap, but the quality has always been high, service is quick and the fact they can come to you to do the work is quite the blessing.

We live in Utah and our daughter attends school in Jacksonville. I saw good reviews online so suggested her to visit Dugan to figure out her slow tire leak. The mechanic thoroughly looked at the tires, explained the problem and patched it up. My daughter said the everyone was polite and fast. Its a good feeling to know theyre a trustworthy shop. Shell return to Dugan for all her car maintenance!!

I brought in my car which was leaking air from every tire due to corroded rims. They were professional and quick. Very fair prices and any additional charges were small, such as replacing a valve stem which I knew was bad.

I can not tell you how fortunate we were to come across this shop, we were in the process of moving to Indiana when my wheel barring went out and caused a few other problems as well . These group of guys made it a point to get us on the road as fast as possible and the financial damage was not near what i would except. A group of honest good ol boys who treated us like they had known us for years. The big shops never would havze treated us the same. Anyone local should utilize such a great shop.
