They were outstanding! Bought a camper shell for my truck from someone. I didnt have the right clamps to hold it down. They took my truck right in set it up and got it done very quickly. I didnt have keys for the locks and they hooked me up with keys. AWESOME team!

Very professional! They are amazing, I was running late for my set appointment to have my merchandise installed, as I was driving I realized I missed my appointment and that they have already closed. I received a phone call from them wondering if I was coming in, knowing that I drove 6 hours they waited for me. I was so amazed by their professionalism!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. These guys were so great to do business with! Connie couldnt have worked harder to earn my business while dealing with my many questions trying to sort through some technical details for my specific project. She went above and beyond to get me set up right, and never made me feel like she was put-off by the extra effort. I have a dealer right around the corner from me, but I chose to add a couple of hours of drive time to work with Continental Cap City instead. The install was great and Kevin spent a lot of time with me to walk me through my new truck cap to be sure I understood all the moving parts and how it was wired. Ordered a tonneau cover, no deposit. They received it in 1 day, and scheduled installation for the next day. Installation took less than 30 minutes.

As soon as I walked in, I knew I had come to the right place. They truly care what they do and who they are doing it for. They were able to repair some wiring and the struts for my camper top, and did a wonderful job with both. While I was there, they helped a customer find window visors that fit their needs and helped another customer with choosing a shed for their home. Timely, efficient, and competitively priced in everything they have. Ill be back for my floor mats and other accessories for my truck and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Awful experience trying to purchase an ARE truck cap from Continental Cap City. I was lied to by a member of their staff about a mistake that they made. My truck cap was projected to take 6 weeks to arrive, but took nearly 12 weeks. Multiple times I was told I would receive a call back but never did. And when my truck cap finally arrived, it had a big old scratch in it. The repair job of the scratch was pathetic. And after all that, between them and ARE, the discount they offered was an insult. I saved them money catching their mistake, and spent more than a few hours of my time trying to get my truck cap from them. I wont be going back to them for anything.

Its very seldom that you find a business nowadays that treat everyone that walks through the door with the utmost respect and kindness like the family owned businesses of the past, Kevin and Connie are two of the kindest people I have came across in a long time. That being said I will be a lifelong customer and if theres anything I need for any of my vehicles, they will be the ones I go to. I simply cannot say enough good about this business and the people that run it.

My friend had a leaky LEER cap for his 2017 Toyota SR5. He had gone to 3 different places due to water in the bed every time it rained. None of them fixed it. They all used caulk. He was referred to Cap City by someone he ran into in a parking lot that had an ARS cap. She told him what a great job they did with her cap. He was ready to get rid of the new Leer cap he purchased. What was previously done was totally wrong. Kevin did it the right way, removed the caulk and put some type of gasket on. For the first time since he got the cap there are no leaks. It works properly and now he can camp out of his truck! Very professional. Great service. 10 out of 10 stars from Moe.

The Staff at Cap City went above and beyond for me today. I bought a used truck and it came with a Leer Cap on the truck. The Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what the issue was, and how to get it corrected. Was in and out, and couldnt have asked for better customer service. Recently purchased a toolbox for my truck from these guys. I didnt like the way it looked on my truck during installation so they took it back off and ordered a bigger box and a cover. It took one week from the time that I ordered the box and a tonneau cover for them to receive it. These guys had it installed the same day and within 30 minutes and my truck looks great. They are fast, professional and very reasonably priced. I have dealt with them a couple of times over the years and Kevin and his folks have been top-notch each time. I needed a spare part for my Leer 700 Tonneau Cover, a discontinued part, and they took the time to find it and even comp me free of charge for it! Any other business could of given me the run around and pressured me to purchase a whole new lock and handle system when all I needed was a small part...I appreciated the utmost honesty and customer service from this business!
