Great service every time I go! Love their ice coffee, mocha, cream, no sugar. I am a chocolate lover!!! :)

I happened to locate them by accident when I went to pick up a bakery item at Publix. I had low expectations because No one can make any bagels in Florida that you can consume that does not taste like raw sewage. New York is bagel heaven. I had 2 plain ones and they were better then fantastic. Rays Bagels and Lenders fall short as well. Real short. I will be buying them again and more of them. It took long enough to perfect and worth the wait.

Went to get a bagel with butter this morning (10-09-2020) asked for a packet of salt with bagel. When I received my bagel I also got the salt but it was put in with the bagel causing the salt to become buttery and I’ll even go as far as to say that the salt was grabbed bare handed and put in with my bagel that wasn’t wrapped if not grabbed bare handed then it was grabbed with gloves creating cross contamination. Highly disappointed

Be aware, this location does not accept any rewards or coupons. Came all the way from St. Johns to use one and wasnt able to. Other than that, friendly cashiers, good prices, and fast service. Blueberry muffin was a good alternative!

Omg sooooo good. I mean DELICIOUS. I literally stopped what I was doing to write this review because I’m still thinking about it.

Said it was open Christmas Eve morning. Called when I arrived, it went to a general Einstein Bros recorded message. So, I wasnt even able to get thru. 1 hour wasted round trip. Thanks (Obama😆) Einstein!

More convenient than cafe. very good bagels, a bit bourgeois prices but thats a corporate thing more than a local thing so I can forgive it. good variety and very friendly staff. epic overall

Awfull service went there for the fist time tried to get my order and the girl was rude looking like she could not hear what i was saying just because i have an accent . Pursuit to even want to make me change my order because i do not want to peperoni in my sandwich . stood on the line, but skeep my order for other student. i waited for more that 30 mn and during that time some or them where smiling like they where doing it on purpose. Finally the manager took my order and pursuit to apologize and offer me a coupon which i do note take. If you guys do not like diversity then you should not be serving there because we all are from somewhere in this world period.

Long wait for subpar food and the Supervisor is awful; terrible to both customers and staff members. The are so many better places at the town center that there is no real reason to eat at UNF if if you can avoid it.

They open up early and have great coffee. The prices arent bad either and they have a daily special.

Try the new Green Chile Bagel Egg White sandwich its so delicious
