The service was better then other stores I have visited in the home improvement space. The prices are higher However, there has been a massive hike in materials industry wide.

This place is a hidden gem! So many affordable options for home renovations. I was able to find tile, solid wood kitchen cabinets and trim for a kitchen remodel at a fraction of the cost from big name stores.

If there were a way to give a zero I would. Buyer beware! If you go in, most items have to be ordered, with only a sample on the floor. Their paperwork notes fairly large that you can return items if they are in their original container and are not damaged. We bought two expensive sinks and they took too long to get here, and did not fit well in the area after they arrived, so we took them back. At that point, they showed us that special orders are not refundable or returnable. That print is so small, at the bottom of the page you would never see it without a magnifying glass. So I thought I would warn you for them since they are pretty shady about it.

Another Jacksonville hidden gem! I wish that we had found them before we purchased our kitchen cabinets. Excellent customer service!! We were going to go with cabinets to go but found the exact same cabinets here for HALF the price!! Highly recommend. Gorgeous store and vast selection of almost anything you could need for your home renovation. Reasonable delivery fee. Highly recommend!!!

Our first visit to this business and we were pleasantly surprised. We needed to purchase one window and an exterior door for a renovation project. They had both! The quality and prices made us happy. Nice, neat, and clean building..very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. We looked at tile and bathroom vanities also and will be going back to make future purchases.

Rick is Rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable about the products they carry. All of the unfinished products are in boxing poorly labeled. I was looking for a 48 sink base. He said they didnt have one but I could get one with drawer and take the drawers out. I felt I was being talked down to. I came home looked at the website found they did have them and there were 5 in stock. I went back to purchase several cabinets but I needed measurements and wanted to open the boxes before I purchased. He came over and literally yelled at us told us we could not look at it. Im not going to spend $1000 on something I cant look at with poor descriptions not knowing what Im getting. I took my business elsewhere and will not be back.

Nice store but employees arent very knowable and just want to stay seated by the front door and it seemed they were bothered when I asked a question that involved them having to get up.

The person I talked to was super helpful and explained a lot.

This place is good for cabinets but horrible for counter tops and the wait to get the counter tops in is 2 months...i was not pleased
