Publix is the best shopping experience in the whole USA, what else can you say? This particular Publix has a self checkout which is quick and easy.

Best customer service in the industry, no comparison. I can not understand why I can no longer find Publix brand 12 pk lemon lime cans, can find other flavors. I have been to 5 different Publix, same everywhere. This is your Brand, what is up

No one seems to have worked there very long. No one asks if they can help you (and seemingly all actively avoid engaging customers or fielding questions,) no free cookie for little kids, no free fruit options for kids, no sunflower seed bread, no quesadillas in premade meals, dont accept requests.Publix has fallen from grace and hard over the last few years.

This is my favorite Publix store that we have shopped in. The staff is great and readily offers help.

Helpful employees usually have fresh chicken not so much on this trip but rarely ever happens usually best chicken ever and the wings are always good.

Publix is my favorite grocery store. They have almost all of the healthier options that a Whole Foods has but much cheaper this is a smaller location so they don’t have everything that I need but still gets the job done.

UPDATE: I had to go in and get prescriptions after my husbands surgery (We forgot to change to a different store) and we had to wait. I decided to get a few things and one being lunch meat from the deli. There were 2 people working, but they were at the sub station. One guy got in line at subs and then I approached the deli meat counter. Apparently selling subs was more important because they continued to help people that were coming up in that line. One of the girls, Deema from the front came to give them a note so I asked her for help as it had been 6 minutes with no one acknowledging me. She said the two working there would help. Then she said I cant help you. Then she proceeded to go speak with two gentlemen that appeared to be managers, one after the other and each time they looked at me. Still no one helped. 4 more minutes go by and Im still not helped. Needless to say I left. What happened to customer service? She was the one rude to me before, but then for the managers not to even come over or even lend a hand...I just dont understand.I often find myself questioning why I go to this Publix. I have seen molded fruits and vegetables on the shelf multiple times. I have also had poor customer service, which is unexpected from Publix. One time I made a purchase based off of sale signs on Tyson chicken (freezer section). After our purchase I realized they didnt ring up on bogo so I brought my receipt back inside and the customer service person called another associate, Deema maybe a lead or a manager who went to go check the price. While waiting the CS associate said they have been having a lot of issues with it ringing up on sale. Deema came back and said they werent on sale and argued it with me. I went back to the coolers to show her and all the sale signs were removed. She had the audacity to tell me there werent any signs! Needless to say I went to my car and refunded my purchase. I have never been treated like that and was completely offended. My husband aften complains about their meat section. Many times the meat is fatty and so we go elsewhere to purchase. I do not recommend this Publix.

Worst Publix I’ve ever been to. The meat department moves slower then a sloth. Lord get more employees or get them some caffeine.

As always, I have found Publix to be clean, well lit, and not smelling of spoiled fruits and veggies like so many markets do. Their associates are always polite, friendly, and helpful. The quality of the Publix brand of foods is comparable to the large brand name items. Their sale items are at a good discount and bogos are always great!I also had to visit the Pharmacy today for a vaccine booster and the Pharmacist did an excellent job of counseling and administering the injection. As a nurse myself, I was impressed.I TOTALLY LOVE PUBLIX!!

Im from FLA. Publix is king but this store in Williamsburg VA is fantastic; on service and size.

Absolutely horrible service with poor management. Today I went in to get donuts and they looked horrible when I confronted the manager and told him the other stores donuts at Publix looked fine he told me they were doing it wrong and that theirs were correct he was very confrontational. And their bakery never has fresh product. Better off trying the new Winn-Dixie

Nice entry with slightly dimmed lighting in produce area. Love the $5 Wednesday sushi deals at Publix as well. Womens bathroom could use some work. I think theres a leak in the handicapped stall as there was standing water between the toilet and sink. Also floor appears dark around the edges... probably needs extra mop attention unless it is stained? Otherwise, its your typical Publix... clean and well staffed. Will return when I am in the area again!

The store itself is great. The customers are rude. After an old lady verbally assaulted my daughter and I in line because we were waived in a new line before her she then rammed her cart into my ankles after we paid and has now caused massive bruising.

It is a good and clean store. They present themselves very well. I just cant give them 5 stars after what they put us through during the start of the pandemic, and allowing people to panic buy without having policies in place to prevent shelves from going bare. Its just my opinion, of course. I still shop there and will continue to do so.

Ive been coming here since I was a teenager (usually when visiting family) and last week was the only negative visit Ive had. The cashier had super long nails and brown hair with no name on the nametag- but she completely squished my pub-subs when pushing them on the belt and had really no regard for hospitality either.

Pleasant, clean, great staff. What more can you ask for?

Growing up in Florida Ive become accustomed to Publix as a very pleasurable shopping experience with more than helpful associates. This Publix seems to have lost its mission, I ambled around the store looking for something, lingered around the customer service desk, spinning about while obviously looking for something but was never asked if I could be helped. The two people at the counter were obviously too busy with their work to look up.Ive been a Publix customer for 50 years and will not go into this store again.

They never have breaded chicken wings at this location!!

Terrible place to work. I applied here expecting to enjoy my experience, but their reputation as a great place to work is deceiving. I Unfortunately had to move soon after getting the job, and tried to transfer. They blocked my transfer, which caused me to limit my availability because of transportation. After I did that, they retaliated by limiting my hours so severely that I couldnt even pay rent or buy food to survive.Absolutely the worst job I have ever had. Oh, and the deli manager Eunice, is terrible. Talk about micro management. Where working is a pleasure Not at this store.Also, stay away from the deli. The chicken is kept out all day in the kitchen right next to the dish sink and kept heated.

Everything is up to par at this Publix! I only wish they carried more vegetarian friendly cheeses and frozen pizzas (with rennet/enzymes from non-animal sources).

Just came here shortly after the city has been reopening and it was quite busy. Nonetheless, my cashier Ellie was super kind and helpful and efficient, and made it a very notably good experience!
