I signed up at Costco, thinking they must be good. I was promised a call before delivery. No call, they delivered the water, but no dispenser. What am I supposed to do with 5 gallon bottles and no dispenser I put a deposit on. Though the site says open there is no one to take my call. Using the app I received a return email that someone will reach out in 5-7 business days. Today is Friday. I want my money back.

Frank cordero came to my house yesterday spoke to us about the offers the discount and showed us how to maneuver through the app itself and this is very helpful because we do drink a lot of water in my family and I do not have to struggle with buying cases of water two to three days at a time I pray I get my delivery on time and I hope everything goes good and I get my dispenser I would never need to cancel I really appreciate Frank although I normally never subscribe to anything like this at my door this was just too good to pass so Im going to give it a try thanks again

One of their salesmen came to my door and though I normally wouldn’t subscribe to a service like this via solicitation I do drink quite a bit of water and have been thinking about getting water delivery service anyways, so I bought it. After he left I started thinking about how nothing he said really made sense “you’ll get three months free water” as he’s charging my card for $42. I went over everything and asked about every possible charge and it seemed to annoy him. I got on google and noticed every review was horrible and mentioned price gouging so texted him the next morning asking if I’d be price gouged and he pointed again three months of free water, (my card had been charged $42 already) and $50 toward free product. I told him that wasn’t telling me price gouging isn’t a thing within the company and he said it was actually $100 in free product. I was able to cancel my account but it seems even that is a nightmare on a regular basis based on other reviews. Basically literally everything about this company is shady and you should take your business elsewhere.

After not having a delivery in July, which was scheduled for the 27th. I called customer service. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Then the girl tells me that they did not deliver my water because of a past due amount. This account was on auto-pay. Told them to cancel my account and all she said was ok. No apologies or asking what can we do to make this right? NEVER AGAIN READY REFRESH

Sign Up Immediately! Especially if Mr. Frank Cordero is knocking! I train sales agents and initially confess to being rude but the value of the offer overwhelmed my initial resistance and I let Frank help me solve my Jacksonville water problem (and there IS a problem).So now I don’t have to keep buying bottled water and lugging it up a flight of stairs as I have been for the last four years. Ugh! Thank you Mr. Cordero for managing the sign-up with ease and eliminating a continual pain in my life! Let someone else lug!

I have 14 Acct’s (13 commercial & 1 personal) my personal cooler goes out. They want $50 to service it. I’m leasing the machine for $10 a month which was supposed to be free with regular service but it seems my promotion expired because I’ve been a good customer for 5 years so they started charging me monthly. I asked them to pick it up, I’ll buy my own cooler and utilize their bottle service. They still want a $50 “reconditioning” fee so forget it, cancel my accounts and I’ll use someone else but then she explains if you don’t turn in all your bottles they charge you for each one, she doesn’t know how much or simply won’t tell me, except they make you pay an additional bottle fee every time you add a bottle to your monthly service. You pay for the bottle up front but then they charge you at the end if you don’t return what you already paid for. Nightmare, I’m done.

Customer service is terrible!. They did not show up on the scheduled delivery date. They did not show up the next day and when I call, nobody answers or they put you on hold for more than an hour. Will be canceling my service ASAP.

Started out fine, free machine and delivery . Now I get a letter or email almost weekly raising prices or adding on extra charges. First a delivery charge I was fine with that, last week they sent a letter saying I would be charged $50 for the machine to refurnish it upon return. Told them to come get the machine and bought one from amazon. Today I got a letter the 5 Gallon jugs are going up $2 a bottle a 25% increase. The customer service sucks too. Currently looking for an alternative delivery service.

Our dispenser and bottles were dropped at the door. Driver did not ring doorbell. We received an email that the delivery occurred. I set up the dispenser—it came with the wrong directions. Not good service for a new customer.

Horrible. Everything was fine for the first month or two and then the warehouse ran out of my water and just stopped delivering it, had no problem charging me for it though ;) There’s no communication between this location and the corporate office they ask you to call. I didn’t catch some of the things they were charging me for until much later and they have a 30 day dispute policy, which means that I was paying $50 a month for something they weren’t delivering. Now they refuse to refund my money.

Terrible customer service, how can management at a company allow customers to wait on hold for 20 to 30 minutes?I cancelled my account due to an extremely high price increase and had a $20 account credit that covered my initial deposit. Called first time and told it would be 7 to 10 days to get a refund check. Waited 14 days and called again, after 20 minute wait next agent stated again 7 to 10 days, or get a credit card credit in 3 days. Why would it take 3 days to enter a credit on a credit card? I believe they are just trying to hold unto my money as long as possible.Only thing positive is the agents are always extremely pleasant.

My disabled husband and I live in a 32209 zip code apartment complex.He has been a customer for 20 years.We have lived here for 2 years.Suddenly the delivery driver says he feels unsafe delivering here because people are around his truck.Corporate is giving us our money for the jugs back.Keep in mind it took them 3 weeks and a lot of lies before they decided we are not good enough for their water.The delivery driver canceled our order instead of telling us so we have been out of water for two weeks.My husband has a c P A P.he needs this water because of the machine and not tap water.

I have been very happy so far. I dont understand the negative reviews. Its been very easy, inexpensive, and I love my watercooler with the hot(childproof) and cold taps. My delivery person was very friendly and on time.

I would not use this service if you paid me. They do not show up when they say will. No phone call to let you know. Multiple attempts to contact them. Multiple times I have been rescheduled and no one has showed up.

Things started out well with this company but then they started doing price increase after price increase. They then changed their website to the point where you couldnt go in and make changes to your order. You could cancel an order but then the driver would still show up and not be happy when he couldnt make a delivery. I finally had to cancel the account. I received confirmation of my credit for the bottle return via email but they still havent applied the credit to my credit card. Sitting on hold forever waiting on someone from their customer service department to answer as usual. This is a really bad company to deal with.

Horrible experience do not use Ready Refresh. I called in July 2018 and canceled my account. They did cancel but arbitrarily opened my account back up in September without telling me. I have been dealing with a lot of health issues back in forth in hospital so not really paying attention to my bank account. The have continued to bill me. I called today they admitted their mistake but refuse to reimburse me.

Been with this company for many many years through all of their mergers and changes. Recently, their service has gone down hill. We have been out of water for 3 months but my card was billed each time. We have called several times to try and straighten out the issue but being on hold for 27 minutes, 39 minutes and as I write this review am pushing 17 minutes. DO NOT USE! My next step is my credit card company to decline charges and let them fight it out. Its water.......just...water.... :(

They are horrible. They deliver skipped deliveries but add numerous items that you have never ordered to it and they do not issue you a refund for these deliveries.When I did schedule a delivery, I had to call them 3 times and they said they never received any delivery request.I strongly discourage anyone from using this company

It is true that you will recieve a bill and no water. i canceled the service via internet and was told it was only canceled for a month. it can only be canceled permanently via telephone. They now want about $100 for 15 cases of water. when telling them i did not receive it they informed me that i must still pay. terrible customer service and pricing.

Customer beware: absolute worst vendor experience Ive ever had. Failed to send us a bill for months, and then because they cant handle basic billing, improperly sent our account to collections. After spending *hours* on the phone to remedy their mistake, and spending weeks without service, RR, without our authorization, enrolls us in autopay. If you cant trust them to bill you for 6 months, it would be insane to give them access to your bank account. Cancelled immediately.

Worst service ever! When we call customer service, we are usually on hold for atleast an hour. Read the other comments in google and Facebook, all you will see are a bunch of complaints.Save yourself some headache and do not do business with them.

Service is abhorrent and it can take an hour to get a live person. The online portal works when you can log in. However, never mail in a payment and you must pay online. I mailed two payments literally two weeks before due dates and they still slam you with a late fee. I terminated it and will let them try to collect these late fees that they say I owe them.
