I work there My mother was in the hospital they threatened to fire me if I take off any more time. So it was a horrible experience

Keep calling since months and nobody returns my calls! Had someone come to take measures for out new windows in May and haven’y heard back since then.

Was required to go through this company to get a window fixed for our new home since its still under warranty and its unreal how you never get someone to answer a phone. Ive called multiple departments and always get the general messaging mailbox. When you do leave a message they dont return your call. Answering/returning calls is such a basic thing. Wheres the professionalism?

Extremely busy place, but with a little patience and understanding they always get the job done.
