Was asked to meet with Atlantic Security through my builder. Ok, great… But salesman named Matt wants to meet in person and says he has COVID. 😳😳 I asked my husband to suggest a zoom meeting with him. And Matt says no it’s better to meet in person since I’m prolly be fine by then. Let’s just say I asked the builder Design coordinator if she had another low volt company I could use. I was NOT comfortable meeting some one coming off of a serious bout of COVID. Thankfully she said yes and e didn’t have to meet with this Matt.

Ms. Logans ability to research and figure out the issue at hand is top notch. I now understand the confusion, when asking for the next invoice someone doesnt expect to be paying that day.

Weve been customers of Atlantic Security for almost 20 years. They have kept our system in tip-top shape. Even when they had a flat tire once and showed up on time anyway! It is easy to schedule maintenance or a repair. Their telephone response to a false alarm is within seconds. And repair services are quick and painless (we live on a golf course and have had some iffy golfers put a ball through window!!) Over all, we are SO THANKFUL for the association we have with Atlantic Security.

I was with this company for more than 3 years. Having been military and federal law enforcement for 33 yrs, unfortunately I never really had time to pay the most attention to the details of the home. My wife did a wonderful job sharing those household responsibilities when necessary. Now that I am retired, I found that the company I trusted to look after my families best interest was as flawed as any other. I understand that. What I dont understand is them continuously and without hesitation having to solve any issue, even the smallest, by rolling a truck! They have had come to my house at least 8 to 10 times in the past 3 yrs averaging 3 hours @ $150 per, to resolve the same issues each time, i.e. a cameras down, control 4 remote volume not working, ring sky bell not connecting due to poor internet strength. I have spent $3,900 - $4,900 just on service calls! When were they going to get it right or resolve anything! Service mangers Rick & Sam are very professional and responsive, the lady who answers the receptionist line is AMAZING, and IT technician Adam is the best they have! Technician Jason is a very nice guy but his knowledge seems very suspect. He could never work on my equipment again. I decided to leave Atlantic Security and hire a more competent and less advantageous company. I have not had a single problem so far. Id pay a little more up front for better security and service! By the way, today Atlantic sent me a $160 bill from Jason because he helped me over the phone vs rolling a truck last week...the sky bell camera and control 4 remote still didnt work. Jason said I dont know what to tell ya. I guess my next stop is the BBB.

Despite cancelling my monitoring due to their poor customer service, Atlantic continued to bill my credit card on file. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have not yet been credited the amount erroneously charged to my card. Its really too bad. At my prior home, I had a wonderful experience with this company. Just became a customer of Atlantic Security and I love it so far. I was using a national security company and they gave me a very basic system. I knew my contract with the other guys was coming up, so I asked my parents who they used. They were with Atlantic, so I called them up and had them come give me a walk through of what they could offer. AJ was my contact and really knew his stuff. We walked my home inside and out and he gave me recommendations for so many things. I ended up getting video monitoring, another house sensor, and an AMAZING touch screen alarm pad. Its like an ipad on the wall and doubles as a digital picture frame! It allows me to monitor and customize just about anything I can think of. Its also very scalable, so adding other gadgets will be a breeze. I just had an alarm system with the other guys. I can now build out a smart home with what I have now. Im glad I thought to check out another company because I had no idea how cool this security/smart house technology was. Also, I got all this and pay LESS than what I was paying before on a monthly basis. The only thing I had to buy myself was the digital camera. The smart upgrade was FREE. Thanks guys!!

My coworker referred me to Atlantic Security. AJ came to my house and went through every room, window, and door looking at the current system that came already installed to see if they could do a takeover. We also went outside to look at placement of the video camera. He spent about 1 1/2 hours at my house which surprised me since salesmen usually just want to make the sale and move on. AJ answered EVERY question I sent his way via email....even when they were small questions or running something by him. I have never had a security system so my mind was going a mile a hour. For some it seems like a simple purchase but not for me.Even though I knew I was going to go with Atlantic I wanted to price out other local competitors. I had one salesman come over, sit at my table and try really hard to sell me something by telling me what he could give me for free. This was a major turnoff.It was a no brainer to go with Atlantic, I love that they offer a monthly package price. Yes its 3 years but if you are planning to stay in your place for 3 years itll go by fast.When the install day arrived I was paid a visit by AJ, he came to make sure everything would go smooth. Shawn was my technician, he was GREAT. He took special care to clean up after himself as well as make sure the cords were hidden and things looked nice.This is a wonderful, local company.
