Well far as I know they do great service thats being years ago I went there. They did a great job and all staff and most of all the owner were sweet professional peoples.

Went there and the guy I talked to on the phone was nice but already gone for the day. The guy I dealt with in person was treating me like I was stupid asking me questions and when I didnt answer correctly, looking at me like Im stupid and saying that doesnt tell him anything.. all I wanted was one window tinted... No attitude... Of course I dont know what Im talking about... Thats why I came to them... Because theyre a so called expert. I didnt go to be ridiculed. But that fine... Looking for other recommendations now. What Ive seen they do great work and are highly recommended... But I was not at all please with the service that I got.

Just got my fellas car tinted today for an early Christmas gift and he is very happy with the work! Appt was on time and I was out when they said I would be. Everything was patiently explained to me so I could be sure of what I wanted before any work was done. Craig and his wife were very pleasant and knew what they were talking about. And the price cant be beat! I highly recommend Hi-Tech!

I have been using High-Tech for all of my tint and car audio needs for the last 10 years. I am very picky about who I let touch my truck. I wouldnt let anyone else touch it. Craig has always done me an exceptional job for a very fair rate. Most recently, he tinted my 15 Ram longhorn megacab dually 4x4. The tint was the finishing touches. Once again, he did a fabulous job! I wouldnt expect anything less!

This guy is a jerk! They do smoke in your vehicles, Im a eye witness to it. I called the owner and he told me to bring it. Well after waiting in his lobby for 3 hours I left without my windows being tinted. What I did notice is him telling other people to also bring their vehicles up there only to wait, you might get lucky. I guess... Just not happy with what I experienced. My friend recommended this place to me so I called her to try and figure out what was going on? She told me the guy that she uses isnt working there anymore, his name is Chris. So I called Chris and schduled my appointment with him and my windows turned out fantastic. Im super happy that I didnt give Hi-Tech my money, Hi-Tech what a joke!

WARNING!!! I had set up an appointment to have an aftermarket car stereo installed on 06/06/17 for my wifes birthday. I get to the business and an employee tells me that the owner is in Florida and they dont know how to install a stereo. The employee tells me that the owner has done this before to another customer. He proceeds to also tell me that no one else that works there knows how to install a stereo. Needless to say, Im totally pissed that they couldnt even call me to cancel the appointment and save me and my wife from driving 20 miles to get to Jacksonville and back home. What kind of person runs a business like this and doesnt have the common courtesy of calling you to cancel the appointment? Obviously, its someone who doesnt care about their customers. Hi Tech needs to take the Audio off their business name because apparently Tinting is all they can do. Save yourself the time and trouble, and avoid this business and the jerkoff that runs it and go to a reputable company that knows how to treat their customers.
