What a seamless and excellent experience. A week after paying off my XR and the screen shatters just enough to keep from having access to it. Verizon told me my only option was to replace my phone through insurance since both front and back glass had damage. Manny and his team guided me right away and made it clear he cares about everyone that walks in the door. He was able to repair my screen and helped me keep my original phone as opposed to paying a deductible of $200 and likely receive a refurbished XR from Apple. Dont even bother with the bigger box phone repair shops. Mannys price cant be beat and his workmanship is A+! Will likely return to buy a watch from him as well :)

This store may look small but the owner has a big heart! I went to T Mobile to trade in my phone only to find out that my battery had swollen from the heat. Since Manny had previously repaired my screen and even though it was over 30 days ago he still took the time to help me repair the phone so I could trade it in at T Mobile! I recommend him to anyone who needs repairs done on their cell phones!

Quick, Cheap Fix for Phone Screen:Fixed my iPhone 7+ screen for $70, which I think is a very fair price. Far less than what Apple charges. You can tell it’s an aftermarket screen, but it works great!

Dropped my phone off thinking the screen was damaged. Turns out it was just the protective cover. Manny was straight up about the screen, even though he could have just as easily said he fixed it and charge me the full price. I appreciate his honesty very much and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Whether youve got a cracked screen, water damage, glitches, need activation for a new phone, or someone to retrieve info or pics from an ancient phone that would otherwise be lost forever....they make it happen, others dont and wont even try.Thank goodness they also have a great selection of reconditioned phones at unbeatable prices! When you work in the construction industry, the damages are sometimes beyond fixable. My dad and I came in here to have my iPhone SE screen replaced. He was very sweet and took his time, chatting with my dad and making sure the phone was perfect. In fact, he didn’t like the first screen he put on, so he pulled out a different one and did it all over again. That’s how you know it’s quality work! He did an excellent job and I will never go to another cell phone repair shop again. This is my guy!!

This place is the best in town and WAY more affordable than anyone else in town. They do not play around and haggle or say stuff that you do not understand so it sounds better to charge you more. They are so friendly, nice and very helpful. What I paid to get my screen repaired here was way cheaper than anyone else in the city period. Atleast a $80 dollar difference. If you need any fixes or repairs to any phone this is the right place period.

I went to Manny to have my iPhone 7+ screen replaced, mainly because of the many highly rated reviews. I was not disappointed! The screen he replaced on my phone began to act buggy within hours of it being replaced. I informed Manny of what was happening and he offered without charge to replace it. I’ve done this 3 times with 3 iPhones and he by far was the most kind and generous! At first we thought maybe my phone was acting up due to the damage it’s incurred from me but to our surprise, it was the screen he used that acted weird. It would open apps and close them constantly rendering my phone useless. He replaced the faulty screen no problem and now my phone is working like new again! Go to Manny, he’s the best in town with the lowest prices and treats you like family!

I have been a customer for 4 1/2 years and have always been taken care of for my phones and watches. My son loses or breaks phones once every six months. Kathy always offers affordable options for good used phones that I could never get at Verizon. They replace cracked screens and repair component parts. I most recently had an expensive watch band break, she was able to find parts to fix were I didnt have to spend a fortune and even provided intense cleaning that made the ten year old watch look new. I needed to have my iPhone 5S screen replaced. I got there at 5:15 on a Friday and they closed at 6. They stilled until after closing to repair my phone so I would have it that night. They were very nice about everything. I would definitely go back.

I had my S3 repaired (cracked glass) at Smart Phone Repair. They were very nice, completed the repair in less than 2 hours, and even gave me a loaner phone. However, for $300, I expected a bit more. The screen protector they installed bubbled and peeled within a week - and thats when I noticed that the new glass had a couple of small pieces missing along the edges. No warranties, so live and learn. I will not be returning to them!!

My phone was totally ruined as i dropped it into a salt water pool. I brought it to the service repair tech manny and he totally rebuilt my phone by hand. It was a true miracle what he did. Totally saved me the cost of a brand new phone for a fraction of the price. I tell you what, i never go anywhere but this place for service as long as manny is there. He is a master of his trade. This shop is great! I broke the LCD and the glass on my Samsung phone and took it to these popular ubreakifix shops. They were gonna charge me like $200 to fix the glass and LCD. However this shop charged me literally less than half of the price that ubreakifix charged (thats parts and labor included).The only downside is ubreakifix had the part already in stock but this shop took 3 days to order the part. That was fine though because my phone was still functional throughout the entire time I was waiting on the part to come in, it was just annoying to have a cracked screen.Anyway so I got to keep my phone in hand the whole time I was waiting on the part to come in, so no inconvenience there. Then when the part came in 3 days later, I just took the phone to the shop, dropped it off with shop owner, and the repair only took an hour. Oh and did I mention I only paid less than $100 out the door (glass screen, lcd, and labor included)?THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

Having previously purchased a phone from Smart Phone Repair on Kori Rd a few years ago and having a woderful experience back then, I immediately knew to call and see if what they had in stock and if we could come and get a phone today. Manny told us to come right over and he would help us. I had a budget that I had to meet and they worked with me to stay close within my budget. Along wih getting a new (to us) phone for my husband, we had pleasurable conversation, a few laughs and just an all around feeling of family.I gave them 5 stars because they truly deserve it.
