Brek was very professional and courteous. He took his time explaining options in upgrading our devices and was extremely patient waiting for the phones to transfer from two separate carriers to Verizon as well as helping with two additional upgrades with our current Verizon plan. Was a good experience for our family, having 5 people milling about him and kids asking him questions. He was very patient and we never felt rushed to make decisions.

Best Ive had in my four month journey to get a working phone that cost me a grand. (Previously went in to 5 other Verizon stores for help) Since I ended with a freaking refurnished phone anyway..... I was very pleased they helped me for 45 minutes just yo help me get a label to return old phone, that I never received. Over all, except for these were amazing great guys who were polite and helpful, and having been with you for over a decade, worst experience with Version in general Ive ever had. With my other phone, I was once on the phone typing back and forth for 4 hours, got hung up on and no call back. Five stores, I had to go to get to get to this conclusion. I know theres a lot going on but Lord!

We have spent thousands of dollars here in the past. After buying two brand new iPhones we were offered a deal on an I-pad that would take $250 off the amount off of the device. We were told by employee that all we had to do was put a phone line on device for one month and then we could cancel line/ pay off device with credit. This was not the case. The deal was contingent on you keeping a phone online on device for 24 months! So instead of paying 200+ for an I-Pad it would actually end up costing us $1,500+ at the end of the the time.When we came back there was “nothing” they could do even tho it was their employees fault misleading the customer. I just paid off the device at full price + 2 months of phone line. Cost us triple what we were quoted.Very disappointed

Friday afternoon I went to the location on Roosevelt Blvd because I wanted to upgrade my phone and add a second line for my business. The associate who assisted me and the on-site manager conferred regarding which phone would allow dual-SIM capability so that I could use both lines from one device. However it turns out the phone the sold me was not able to do what I needed, and it took 7 system updates over the course of a few hours and having to come back the next day to speak with a different associate to find out this was the case.Needless to say I was pretty annoyed, but after doing some research I was pointed to go to a different store to exchange the phone I bought for one that had the functionality I wanted. Much to my dismay the next phone also wouldnt work because it wasnt the upgraded version which allowed for two lines on one phone in the United States. To be fair to the associates helping me it took some digging to find out which phone would do the trick, since apparently what I was trying to do is pretty rare compared to their typical customers. Still I ended up staying until the store closed trying to get this next phone up and running.In any case Yasemine (the associate who helped set up the first replacement on Saturday) was very patient and willing to see my issue through to the end. Even though the store was closing she took it upon herself Sunday morning to contact tech support to try to activate the second line on my phone. Once we discovered the 2nd phone wouldnt work either, she verified with a fellow associate who used a Google Pixel 5 that for sure that phone could accommodate my needs. I met Yasemine today at the University store and she successfully helped me set up the 3rd phone, which now does exactly what I need it to.Technology can be finnicky sometimes, but I really needed to get this working the way I had asked and Yasemine walked me through every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. If youre looking for someone who wont stop working until the job is done I highly recommend her! 10/10

My phone was seriously busted ( straight talk) i could no longer make calls or see my text messages. Verizon was very quick and efficient with getting a new plan set up for me. Got a great smart phone ( major upgrade) with an awesome camera. The bill is a little higher than my straight talk bill but for the phone and bonuses...it was worth the extra few bucks a month. You also have 13 days to return for a full refund if needed. Special thanks to Arsen for the exceptional service and fun personality throughout the entire process.

As most are, the University/St. Augustine 32217 is a franchise store (how many corporate stores even still exist though), but one thing Ive learned just like with any business is to judge based on the customer service. And if you are lucky enough to visit this store when Jessie is there, then your experience will be simple and smooth. We live near the store so return out of convenience and although we have had good service, we typically get subpar or below par. Jess sets the standard high for any other customer service rep and we will certainly be sure that we ensure she is there before any future visits!  Prior to her arrival, me and my husband were put aside by another rep to handle phone set up ourselves; Jessie arrived and not only kindly assisted us but walked us through the situation with an explanation of the steps in the event we needed the info in the future. She never once made us feel like inconvenience to her time as others have, didnt mind answering questions and didnt attempt to push us into additional items that werent necessary or desired. Its been a long time since a customer service rep actually took customer service to heart - and Verizon is lucky to have an amazing person like her to set examples for their other employees!

While vacationing in Jacksonville, Florida from Ohio we went to a Verizon store nearby . We were waited on by Rashad and Amber . They were quite professional and knowledgeable in upgrading phones for my wife and l. They were nice and cordial and friendly. We now consider them friends .
