The customer service rep didnt have a clue what she was doing. Physically damaged the SIM card slot in my jetpack, couldnt activate the SIM (told me to call customer service to activate it, or use the phone app), and kept pulling her mask down to rub her nose while handling my now completely, physically broken jetpack. Avoid this store at all cost.

The store is pretty decent. Nothing special about it though. I have a problem with my phone not receiving text messages. I came in and we talked...or wasted 45 minutes...all for me to be told there is nothing they can do. To contact Verizon support team. I could tell the intier time that it was just a guessing game...but my guess was as good as hers so I stayed...but it just seemed to have taken up time and gotten nowhere. Not even the time on my phone was fixed. I did that myself later after YouTube told me. Lol. I give it 3 out of 5 because...well...they can sale you phones...but not too much more Im afraid.

Stopped by to see about getting a otter box defender for my Samsung s8, they didnt have one but suggested I go on line to find one and I didnt !

I used to work for a call center for Verizon so I know what you can and cannot do and the Verizon employees in Jacksonville are very rude, and they aren’t familiar with their options available for their costumers And their service is extremely slow

There ok sometimes. They only have 2 employees at a time which is about right for that store and the traffic that walks in, however there are times Ive had to wait and wait a long long time because of so many customers. Other then that theyre very knowledgeable concerning products and plans. They are nice also.

They are usually slow, but today they didnt have internet. 🤪

Ive come to this store sevetal times, and its always been great! They get me exactly what I want for the lowest price, and they dont push the latest and most expensive phones if that isnt what youre looking for. They are very honest about phone quality, and work with our plans and accounts to make everything work. For a small scale store, theyre awesome! They dont offer some of the services that larger stores do, but they always point you in the right direction for phone repairs and other things.

I have dealt with many people in Verizon stores over the years but my experience with Evert in the Jacksonville show today was beyond my expectations!He was patient, explained the differences in the phones and which online he felt would be best for my needs. But what impressed me midst was how he handled the many customers who came in. He immediately greeted them and did his best to do whatever they needed.Thank you, Evert!!! You were awesome!!!

I spent two hours combined on live chat and then on the phone with Verizon trying to get Grace’s phone issues resolved. I should have known better. Came to the Jacksonville location and my guys fixed me up! This is why I have been a loyal Verizon customer since 1992 when they were still Alltel.Go see Mike, Evert or Danny! They are the best!!!!!

Went in today to get an upgrade and everything went very smoothly. I have absolutely no complaints and 100% recommend Wendy! She’s awesome and is very quick at everything she does. Will definitely use her again!

Rachael and Jeremy and Trae were extremely helpful in helping me with everything I needed! Rachael was the associate that initiated the process when I walked through the door! She removed an app that I had installed and the app did nothing but slow my phone down so that in itself was extremely helpful. After that she provided every bit of information I needed in getting a new phone and the one that I wanted. She is an exceptional associate and had all the info and did it with a smile!!! I will definitely recommend her to all friends and family!!!

Been with Verizon for years. Employees change often. But new ones try hard and are pleasant. Always have a good supply of products and if need to be ordered are there in 3 days.

This rating is not on their products or carrier. It is on this store. A woman named Rachael blatantly lied to me about their stock availability. I asked if they had phone and before I could get the words out of my mouth I wastold they did. On the way up I told my wife that I doubt she actually looked. When we arrived minutes later I was informed they were out hours ago. She wanted to get me in the door so she could sell me something else. Lie to me, get called out on Google.

I was in a crisis with a broken phone and an old phone I needed reactivated. Cecilia came to my rescue. She spent more than 2hrs with me on and off the phone with customer service trying to help. Turned out my old phone had issues as well. I came back later in the day to try something else, we just couldnt make it work. But she, Izayah, and Keke (hope I spelled yalls names right) did everything in their power to make sure I walked out of the store with a working phone. It wasnt the solution I was hoping for, but they found a fix for my issue! What an amazing team they are, and what great customer service they displayed! Kudos to these 3 employees!

When you visit this store ask for Trae. He made me feel comfortable, at home, and not like a dollar sign. Very helpful young man.

The people that work here are very friendly. Parking is not good. Small lot which gets full quick. Mistake made with new phone purchase recently and could not be corrected. Salespeople can only sale. Have no sway with with customer service if they have to call. But I would still recommend this particular store.
