This is my go-to place to shop. They carry so many styles and a variety of sizes. Every item is reasonably priced and last a long time. My daughter outgrows her items before they can even fade in color. The mother and daughter that own the store are so helpful. I have been going here since my daughter just began dance classes. They explain everything you need to know about dance and dance attire. I always shop here first.

Attending for the owner she a gentle person if need something for dance you will find it.

Great customer service

I DO NOT recommend this store. The owner has horrible Policies, does not train her employees well, and she is a liar. I Purchased a pair of shoes for my daughters mix Latino class. I was unsure they were the proper shoes. But, the young lady that help me at the time of purchase told me I can exchange them if they were the incorrect shoes. I was not ready to buy at that time, but the sales rep push the shoes on me and promise that I can return them. When I took them back to return the owner would not exchange them. The owner stated that there was a policy of no return or exchanges after 10 days. I told her I was not aware of this Policy and the young lady that sold me the shoes assured me that I can exchange the shoes as long as that was not worn. The owner went on and pointed out on my receipt their return policy. I admit, I was wrong for not reading the receipt. But, I took it for granted and trusted the sales rep word. I kindly ask the owner if she would make an exception and exchange them for the correct shoes. The shoes that I purchased were not worn at all. But, the owner stated that she was not the owner and that it would come out of her pocket because the shoes were not in the system anymore. This made no sense to me but she went on stating that she was not the owner and she did not make the rules. Come to find out this lady is the owner of the store. She is a liar! And this is the reason why Im writing this lengthy review. The owner was not helpful at all, she was rude, she lied, and could care less for her customer who has been given her business for over 2 years. First of all, The owner needs to train her employees to make sure that the customers understand the policies. Second, the return policy needs to be modified to satisfy the customers. As far as Im concerned, customer always comes 1st. I will now take my business elsewhere and Ill make sure to tell everyone else about this.

This place doesn’t have a lot of choices to choose from. And they are pretty pricey! Also my daughter tried on a pair of tap shoes and the lady screamed across the store “stop do not to scratch the shoes!!” She was super rude! Next time I’ll prefer taking a drive to Anaheim better prices more variety and BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I shop at Ultimate Dance, my experience was great. My daughter needed some shoes and tights and other things for her dance class. They help me and the personnel was great. I recommend them to everyone. Excellent service and great prices.

Its a small place but they have everything. Even nude jazz shoes for my son that has a very large foot 🙄. The larger dance stores didnt have anything for him. Customer service was fantastic.

My experiences in this store have been great! The owner of the store is so nice, generous, and helpful! Her merchandise is great quality and has all of the top brands: capezio, Bloch, Sancha, she has them all. I recommend this store to all of the dance students.

Came to buy my daughter a tu tu and i loved the customer service the lady helped me figure out what to buy the prices are afordable and they speak english and the selección is great.

I came to purchase dress my daughter needed for her performance. I found it on the rack but not in her size. I asked the emplyee if she had it in a small, she went to the back and found it. The dresses on the rack were both priced at $16.99 aswell as the deess she brought out from rhe back. I told her I would take it. Thats when she said the price is wrong it $26.99 not $16.99. I told her that all the dresses were priced the same. She said yeah thats a mistake. I told her I would not be purchasing it. With over 10 years of customer service experience I know you should not let your customers leave unhappy and unsatisfied. .

Hi I went in to buy a pair of ballet shoes but I found great prices and I decided to buy everything I needed for my daughter the cheapest prices Ive seen, the lady attending the store is nice and patient she gave me great ideas and I recommend the store if your trying to save.
