Excellent response and customer service.

I do not recommend this company. After ordering a tshirt from this company I waited for 2 weeks before contacting them. When I finally got them on the phone I was told that they lost my shipping address and would send it out that day. I waited another week and tried contacting them again but contacting them was problematic. I tried emailing and calling but no one would answer the phone and the voicemail box was full. Finally I get an email saying my order was canceled.Product - My item was never shipped. After trying multiple times to contact them by email and phone calls I finally got an email saying my order was canceled. No explanation.Communication - Their communication with me as a customer can greatly be improved. They rarely answer the phone and the voicemail box was full so you couldnt leave a message. I sent emails that werent answered. All of my communication with them was friendly and professional. They just lack good communication and follow through.They can do better and I am sorry for having to write this review.
