Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor delivery of quality product. They over promise and under deliver. Shirts were not printed as approved or when quoted. Shirts had ink and dirt spots on every, single shirt. Type was incorrect, shirts were wrong size. When it came time to delivery no one was there. Could not reach the manager. Designer did his part but owner has nothing to do with business so there was really no one to complain to. Customer satisfaction is not a priority....come on Gunners let’s get it together. You are Representing small black business and Arlington....

Oh MY GOODNESS!!! This place is absolutely a JOKE! Horrible experience, horrible customer service, and HORRIBLE shirts. My grandparents paid for 20 plus shirts weeks in advance and continued to get the run around regarding when to pick them up. After days of back and forth they were told that the order would be ready by 11 am on Saturday. Tell me WHY no one was there?!!? We had to get the fried chicken food truck involved to let us in the building. Still waiting, still no shirts. Finally someone came riding on a bicycle and attempted to help us. The guy on the bike said that the back of the shirts were not even started...tell me why in the world would you have us come to pick up the shirts when they were NOT FINISHED.It took an hour and a half to get the shirts completed when the guy said “oh they will be done in 30 minutes.”We get home and look at the product and it’s all the way wrong!! Who the heck is Willis?!?!? Where is the apostrophe that was clearly on template that we approved.Now our entire group will be walking around with shirts that are a hot mess!!!Please make this horrible wrong right by refunding our money!!I love supporting local businesses BUT this one right here...was just horrible.BEWARE people...not worth the headache.FYI...this mess all happened today so it’s a relevant review people

DISORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The COUNTLESS amount of times that I traveled to pick up this $300+ order that was PAID WEEKS IN ADVANCE, you would think Stan would be prompt with communication versus sending his customer’s to a voicemail that’s not set up. Poorly managed and to top it off the shirts given (a day later) came back with visible black ink stains on the sleeves, dirt stains, missed punctuations that makes my grandfather’s name look like WILLIS, not Willi, the hat that was special ordered is non existent. Stan-the manager never showed up to address these issues and has been ignoring phone calls. If you are looking to find SUB PAR work done.... keep looking . Clearly this business isn’t capable of mediocre work let alone exceeding quality. piss poor service ! Shame on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive used Gunners Tees the past few years to print up jerseys for our baseball team. The prices are very reasonable and everything has always come out great.

Shirts were not in timely manner they gave, pictures on shirt was blurred and mixed everyone order up.People paid different transactions and screening should not be charged to customers for blurry shirts i was very unhappy & the Proof Read didnt even look like the order they gave i paid monday didnt received order til Fri after Guy told me Wed very Unprofessional will not recommend or go back .
