The only reason Ill give 2 stars is because my first experience was great. So I wanted to go back but my second time was my last. I wrote out exactly what I wanted and how I wanted the shirts to look. I did a physical copy in store and emailed as requested. I had to buy my own shirts just for them to end up in somebody elses car. They didnt follw they own process. I never got rough drafts by email. As a result, my shirts were late, made incorrectly several times, mispellsd words and still never corrected. Then they even tried to charge me extra for keeping the messed up shirts. All I wanted was correction and a sincere apology. Instead I keep getting the run around and a bad attitude. It has been 2 weeks and still no apologies, correction or refund offered.

I used them to print an image I designed for a client onto a shirt and they had it done quickly they were professional and friendly. Plan to use them more in the near future for more of my clients orders.

Went to get a shirt made was in and out in minutes. great work ladies

They are very rude. I am not sure if they know they work in Customer Service.
