They have some very good, dedicated and caring employees. They also have some that has no idea what customer service is. It should be easy to go to a material shop. This one is not....Cant even make a payment without issues. Get yo stuff together FBM.

The guy Bill Hunn that works there makes fake Facebook accounts about his family. Go check out Bob Hunts Facebook account, that is his most recent one! He harasses not only his one and only son, but also wishes bad on his ex-wife whom had cancer. He is a sick individual who needs help!!! Spilt personalities and over doing his prescriptions are the only thing I think he knows! Also he is doing it on company time!Update: since I posted this he took down the profile from the looks of it. If corporate would like too see the photo screen shots I would be more than happy to send them. Thanks!
