This place is such a godsend- we needed shirts and needed them fast, and jax embroidery absolutely delivered. We ordered around 50 pieces Friday, and got them Wednesday with no problem. Nick was very easy to work with, and I was able to pick them up at the time specified. Absolutely phenomenal work coming out of Jax Embroidery. Their machines are about a decade more modern in comparison to the other businesses in Jax. When I do business with them, I stop by personally just to chat with Nick and Mario. If you stopped, you would be blown away by the level of care and quality they put into ALL THEIR ORDERS. The organization has selected them as our vendor for the embroidery we request. As the President of NTHS Chapter 824, I am very picky and demanding. Evidently they dont actually embroider? I called to see what the turn around time would be on getting my sons name EMBROIDERED on his jacket and got the response, We do not take that kind of order. Were a uniform company. Perhaps change your name then. What a disappointment!
