The flag was awesome, great colors and the picture was clear. However, I had sent 2 photos, one for 1 side and 1 for the other side… and when I hit review purchase, it shows the dog flag with 2 pictures however it arrived with only one picture on both sides.I sent an email, just waiting for response. However, I cannot say anything negative about the product, it’s truly amazing and a keepsake for you.

I was excited about creating a personal growth game board with the polyurethane bottom. However, it seems like the printer ran out of ink midway through production. There were white and faded color streaks in final product, as highlighted by the red marks on the photo — I can’t believe this made it past Quality Assurance. It’s a shame to waste all that material, as the colors look decent where the printer had enough ink. I’ve requested a reprint or refund. I’m willing to re-evaluate based on how they respond.

My decal was absolutely perfect! It was delivered on time! It was easy to install on my car window and its been a few days since I first installed it on there but it still looks as beautiful as the first day of put it on! Thank you 904custom! You guys are the best! If anyone is interested in getting great custom decals for your car, this is the best place to get it for a reasonable price.

Excellent craftsmanship and even better customer service. I ordered an engraved cutting board without realizing that walnut is a dark wood. When it arrived I couldnt read the engraving. The company offered me an immediate credit, so I ordered the same product but in a lighter wood Its perfect.

Unfortunately I can’t give a great review. I bought a similar product from another vendor and it was perfect. This stamp you had to really work to get it legible and they use a strange Lower case s that looks like a j. Not happy.

When I placed my order I was given an estimated delivery of Sept 20. I finally found a phone number to call. My personalized license plate arrived a week after I called on October 8th. The picture was so dark you couldn’t tell what it was. I was really disappointed. My original photo was several shades lighter than the finished product.

The cutting board with our family recipe on it came out perfectly and SOOO fast - I am 100% satisfied.

I did lots of working trying to get the recipe clear as possible. I was afraid it wouldn’t come out good but took a chance anyway. It came out better that I ever thought it would! Thanks for a great product and job on the hand printed recipe cutting board.

When my order originally arrived, I was not very happy. I had an extra stamp but I was missing the main stamp that I placed the order for. Also, they were not packed too great. So I called customer service and spoke with a very nice man that apologized and promised to make it right and then some. He did! I received not one but two of the missing stamp within a week! I even received a third stamp a few days later! So he did make it right! I think I was talking to a manager or supervisor because he talked like he was upset that it had gone out wrong and said he would talk to his guys! Stamps work great! Arrived in good timing! I am well pleased! I will be ordering some more as I decided I need a few more in the very near future!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!! I spent $151.00 on 6 of these and you can make out only one of them. When I receive them I tried to do a live chat and it wouldn’t give me anyone to chat with 😡 I don’t even know why they would send me these when you can’t even read them besides one that looks about the best. The only reason I gave it a one star is so I could post this😡

Ive used their service twice and its so much fun to design and create a personalized product right there on their website.

Unfortunately, the entire experience was not good. I paid for expedited shipping for a specific day, which came and went with no product received. From there, it was more back and forth, emails, phone calls, which finally did yield me a full refund on product and expedited shipping. Yet the personalized items that were for an event were not delivered on time, so that was upsetting. I would not order again because of all the hassles.

Items were ordered for Mothers Day on May 3rd and paid extra to ensure delivery in time. I was emailed and told they were out of stock on one material, and ask if another material would be ok. I told them it didnt matter the material, but it was Mothers Day gifts for my mother, wife, and mother in law and I needed them urgently. It is now 8 days after Mothers Day and I still do not have the items, but have been asked to provide feedback on the items. I still do not have any idea of when they will be received, and when I track the items they still show they are being customized. I would not recommend.

I had a great experience however I thought the decal was clear with a black image and its a white and black sticker. I dont want to apply to my vehicle.

Although I wanted to love my new dog stamp, once received, I tried it out and could not obtain a consistent stamped design. It was either completely filled in and the address would not show or it was light in certain parts, darker in others. I complained to the company who said they will send me a replacement stamp with just the outline. I will leave a review for that once received.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend using this company. Placed an order on a Thursday to deliver the following week by Friday. Never received confirmation so I followed up a couple of days later. The item was out of stock but no one communicated that. They said they sent it to their Salem location and they would pay for expedited delivery. Called them two days before expected delivery and they had not even started the process. Canceled the order and requested a refund. Don’t use this company!

Im hoping to get a replacement stamp because they sent me one missing the last name (important). Its been two days and I havent heard from anyone, but they are probably short staffed. I would not recommend blue ink in a pre-inked stamp. It runs into the letters so it is illegible. Though it might work if the font is bigger. Update 1: After finally reaching a customer service person on 11/23, I havent heard back from them (11/30). Still hoping Ill get the corrected stamp soon. Update 2: It turns out TWO of the stamp were done incorrectly. The Scottie stamp spelled the street name incorrectly and I didnt notice it until after I put it in the mail (it was a peace offering -> no good deed goes unpunished). I think Im going to ask for a refund outright. This is very frustrating.

I appreciate the detail and quality put into the flags I ordered. One of the flags really pleased my husband who lost his pet dog a couple of years ago. It brightened his day to see the flag of a black lab’s silhouette with his dog’s name on it. I look forward to purchasing again in the future.

Stay away from personalized cutting boards. You cannot read the entire recipes or any of it on some. I have contacted the company and am waiting to hear about my refund. Very, very disappointing.

I had no problem ordering the products I wanted. However, I had received an email on June 7th that my order was being shipped after ordering on May 30th. It is now 6 days later, and I have had no update on if is being delivered or not. I just want to get what I payed for.

I ordered 2 of the same custom recipe boards for my adult children. The recipe was hand written by their grandmother in her penmanship. She past away recently.Although I love them because of that, I cannot give 5 stars because the etching is very faint. I was hoping the etching would be deeper and darker.I’d attach a photo but I don’t see a way to do it on here.

Order was delivered quickly and it looks great. I really like the dogs new collars. Our one dog seems to be allergic to the collar as he digs at his neck all the time. The one nice thing about these collars compared to cloth ones is there is no smell. Collar gets dirty, you just wipe it off with a damp cloth.

So I did a quick Google search and 904customs came up. While I have never heard of them, they were one of the more affordable options offering the exact same product so I gave them a shot. So happy I did! This turned out so good, exactly what ai imagined! Affordable, shipped quickly, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! 5 stars for sure. Had to get a last minute gift for a secret Santa and really wanted to get a custom mug. All major name stores were quoting that I wouldnt get anything till after Christmas. Came across 904 custom in my search for some place that maybe could get what I wanted and it was an easy quick process. Paid a little extra to make sure the gift would arrive on time. Update: 904’s customer service reached out and immediately saw the issue. They mocked up a new design and sent a new stamp. It’s perfect!!! We love the stamp!!!Love the idea of the stamp, but our address was either created wrong, or not made properly and our name is not legible. The stamp cannot be used. Even if the name was legible, the address is not correct. I did double-check and I have the correct address in the order form. Its been two days and no response from the company.

I double checked the image I sent to make sure it was not my error. I have been unable to reach the company by phone, email or website. I was super excited to buy 3 cutting boards with my deceased mothers cookie recipes on all of them, for myself and my sisters. I spent over $100, paid for fast shipping. Its two days before Christmas, and I could not have been more disappointed. They were late. Ordered December 7th. One cutting board is not even legible, and the other two are just legible.

The Doodle dog return address stamp is ADORABLE! The letter/ numbers of the address are clean and crisp when stamped. The rubber impression is thick and stamps perfectly on paper/envelope without showing the edges of the entire block, as is the case with cheaply made stamps. I ordered the self inking style stamp and it administers they ideal amount of ink to create the perfect image. Will be ordering more Items from this company as I have experienced the exceptional quality and frugal pricing. The item was delivered a day in advance of expected date without any delay calculated in the expected advertised time.This is a great product that will be enjoyed numerous times!

Updated Review: 904 Custom fixed the order. It was literally what I had hoped for and shipped it as soon as it was made. It was ready Christmas Eve as a present. My aunt told my mom it was one of the best presents she had ever received. I cried when I opened it as it was a cutting board with my grandmothers recipe who passed away in 2017. We will be doing business with 904 Custom again.Old Review: I recently order two cutting boards with the same recipe for Christmas. I was highly disappointed in the way it looked. The board itself with the wood indented all throughout the recipe to where it was difficult to read and at the top it says Dads Favorite Recipe which was not stated on the description. I have attempted to reach out to the sales staff but havent heard back.

I wanted to love this stamper! The dog is perfect and the name and written address are perfect however the font they use for the numbers is so off that my 7517 looks like 1511. I cannot use this stamper because it looks like the wrong address.They need to use a different font for the numbers so they are legible.

Service was great! However, I was really disappointed in the quality. I had a recipe put on cutting boards, and it is very difficult to read the recipe. Also, I requested a preview, which was quickly sent, but the actual board does not look like the preview sent.

The stamps were poorly made - looked used, rubber wasn’t smooth along the side, labels had ink on them and not centered, and one had a typo. I have contacted the company three times asking for a refund, and I have heard nothing. I’m extremely disappointed.

I ordered the “California personalized cutting board” and I am sooooo happy with it! It is beautiful, great quality, arrived quickly, and is the perfect gift. I ordered a self inking return address stamp for my daughter. It’s totally unusable as you can’t make out the name and part of house number and zip code aren’t legible. Very disappointed as it looks so cute online.Update- I was contacted by the company. They wanted to “make it right”. Sent them the pictures and info they requested. It’s now wks later and no replacement stamp has been received.

The first order (an engraved cutting board) arrived with the words written backwards so you needed to hold it up to a mirror to read it. The second replacement cutting board was fine.

There are no words for how disappointed I am in the stamp that was delivered. The stamp is small but the font is bold and oversized and therefore illegible. Additionally, the house number was completely left off the stamp. It is nothing like the example on the website. My attempts at reaching customer service via phone, email and website have so far yielded zilch.

We are giving family members cutting boards carved with a special family recipe for cake frosting. They are perfect and will create years of appreciation for family gatherings. The customer service we received was outstanding.

I bought a custom wooden stamp from 904 Custom. I was excited to use it right away however, it was completed in a very rough and unfinished manner. The wood part of the stamp was rough and the edges were not sanded down. I sanded down the edges myself. In order to put the actual rubber stamp on the block it seemed like they used a double sided adhesive pad. It would have been fine, but the adhesive was not cut to the size of the rubber, so there was sticky pad all around the edges of the stamp. I was worried this would stick to the pages of my books when I used the stamp, so I cut it off myself. This then left a sticky residue on my stamp that I had to scrap off.The red outline shows the area where the adhesive pad was that I cut off.I am happy with the stamp font and I am looking forward to using it now, but I was expecting a higher quality of product for the price and amount of products they have on their site. I am glad I bought it during a sale and did not pay full price.

I have still not received the cutting boards and have sent three emails with NO response. I told them in the last email that I would post a review if I did not hear from them and I have not. These are Christmas presents and we have waited later than planned to travel home. I know these are unusual times but don’t offer expedited shipping if you can’t deliver or use a carrier that can do it. And first and foremost what does it take to respond to an email or 3 emails!!
