Tremron Jacksonville needs to work on their communication and treatment of customers. An order goes in and no communication initiated with client about delays in production or changes to pickup date. The single person in the office gets inundated and overloaded with work and it shows.

Place is terrible, rude to customers, take forever to load you... beyond annoyed

If I could give no stars I would. This company is so disorganized. If you go with a local paver company forget getting your order because this company does not know how to prioritize their customers orders and treat them the same. They fulfill large orders to wholesalers and developers and ignore the local businesses that have brought them business for 20 plus years. One minute its the pavers that are needing made then next story is its the retaining wall. Everything out of their mouth has been lies. If you can get your pavers from out of state somehow I would recommend and not ever use this place. If you have hopes of enjoying a nice patio during nicer weather, forget it because you are not looking at 4 months to get your material.

Loaded here, once inside they load quick. But you must watch where they place the product, if not they will overload your drive axles. The bol doesnt have the product weight just the count. I asked the load checker was told he didnt know. He said they just load trucks. You cannot secure inside the gate once loaded you must go down the street and secure the product.

Worse company to ever produce paver products and as well ad their team. Horrible

This place will not make out pavers. They accepted our job but now they are skipping ours to make other jobs. Horrible company! Looking in to other options now because they are so horrible.

In every aspect of their business they are a bad company to deal with. The initial sales rep you deal with may be nice however do not count on him/her to give you adequate or true information on either the products or the process by which to purchase and/or order them.When you ask is there anything else I should do please be aware that there is indeed missing in the information they provided you. You will very likely not find out this missing information until it is too late to correctly receive your product on time.The online portal is a nightmare. The pickup location for product is a tent in a parking lot with employees who have no information who just walk around aimlessly and are extremely rude. They can easily be mistaken for on their lunch break however they are apparently working.**BE AWARE PICKUP ON AVERAGE TAKES TWO HOURS FOR EVERY CUSTOMER EVEN IF THERE IS NO LINE**Our business has stopped quoting retaining walls in order to avoid dealing with this mess of a vendor. Mostly loads are flatbed. Entrance is from old king road. Its big lineup early morning try to come early as much. They open the gate at 6:45. If you have flat bed you just turn in parking its big space just park. If you have dry can go threw the gate and turn right go throw the canopy and back up to the canopy again its a ramp their. They start unloading around 9 am ... do be confuse to see google satellite view is good space inside. If your coming at night park front of entrance door and wait is dead road no traffic

This place is the most disorganized business in the city. Its hard to believe such a fine product is so much of a hassle to try and pick up. It seems like everyone is on break at all time. This is my fourth time dealing with them and it hasnt gotten any better. I wish there was another place to buy the same quality pavers, but there is not. If you compare this place to an organized, customer-oriented business like ABC supply, you would have the same opinion.

Please do yourself a favor if you are a contractor do not waste your time trying to pick up your product. Pick up takes over two hours they are very rude unorganized and do not check inventory prior to arrival. They take your money but your product might not be in stock even if you check in advance and call ahead. Be prepared to waste your day and get behind schedual if you choose Tremron. Not to mention they will treat you like its somehow your fault if they are out of your product. Management team is non existent and employees are rude and not helpful. They will be out of business soon if they continue to treat contractors this way.

Horrible customer service horrible! Wont refund you when they mess up and they dont deliver when they say they will! Said they would deliver 4 different times and I had to go pick up the pavers and base.

The company needs overall improvement on organization and communication. Primarily in the outside loading of pick up customers. This location of Tremron could use better management of this department.

I reccomend you plan for a full day when you want to pick up a simple order . Pack food and first use the restroom they have no water food or restroom and you will be waiting hours to pick up a simple order of 5 cubes . Rude employees with no direction a real pain. Avoid picking up or be prepared for an extremely frustrating day!

Saving a little money in materials with tremron is not worth the delays to jobs we have had using Tremron. No accountablity, no customer service. It makes us look bad pushing our jobs back 3 and 4 times due to broken promises from Tremron. They used to be an okay company but they are really terrible I hope they go under so we can get a descent manufacturer in Jacksonville again who cares about their base of clients .

Ive only worked at Tremron for 3 weeks through a staffing agency and the Manager Beth decides to pretty much tell the staffing company that she doesnt want me back because Im not catching on to the material as fast as I should. But before I was told that I was not to come back just earlier that afternoon I was told how good I was doing. Not once did they say anything bad about my speed or the work that I produce. I heard many bad things about this company before I even started and I should of listened. Because they turned out to be some shady, fake, and stuck up people. I wouldnt recommend working here or buying from them they absolutely suck

Was initially told product would be delivered 5 days ago, and was now updated by project manager that it will be another 11 days before Ill get materials. How can you run a successful business this way? Beware if your contractor tells you Tremron is your hardscape supplier.

Customer service sucks!!!!!!!! The ladies in customer service take your money in full with you thinking products are available but they actually have to be produced. Im in the office, I dont know whàts going on in the yard is what I was told on day 4 after receiving my payment in full. They shipped the wrong product a week before so my projects schedule is now ruined. They will use every excuse in the world and act as if its perfectly normal as days and even a week go by. I have been a loyal customer for Tremron the past 2 years and as a Contractor who brings thousands of dollars of business to this company, expect better treatment. Try the truth for crying out loud. Im removing all Tremron marketing from my websites and store and will not use this company in the future. Do not use Tremron Jacksonville if you need materials within 2/3 weeks! They will surely leave you screwed. Terrible experience and I promise MY LAST.

Worst customer service in the industry. This company is unwilling to own misstakes and correct defective products. Lead times are awful and purchasing process is unclear.

Will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Had no problem taking our money, but could we get the product delivered on the date, nope! It is not my problem that you dont have drivers within your company to make deliveries. They will take your money and not deliver when the contract says they will. They dont care about their customer, all they care about it taking your money. Nor do they care about making things right. Worst business practice I have ever seen! It isnt their fault, it is the fault of the delivery drivers.

Decided to go with Tremron for my back yard renovation. They were very helpful with answering all my questions and had my materials delivered when they promised. Great product and customer service.

This is my second time dealing with this particular business. I think theyre slow rude and inconsiderate of their customers. I think they also base their customer service on the size of the job bigger the job the bigger the customer service is, the smaller the job the smaller you become. Living in a brand new subdivision this is not a company that I will recommend to any of my neighbors for business. It may very well be the only one close but not the only one. This company is too arrogant for my tastes.

Rude!!! Delayed order will not refund money and do not have ordered products its been weeks and no management team to speak of what a nightmare !

Horrible customer service. They wont return phone calls and after a long wait on hold, always drops the call. I do not recommend this local company.
