UPDATE: After a couple months of enjoying our spa, it developed a leak. I call Unique and within 1 1/2 hours of my call they had someone already at the house to fix the issue. After answering the door, I was pleased to find it was Adam who sold us the spa. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. A tube wasn’t properly clamped at the factory.. No fault of Unique but they were so impressive with the quick response. If you if you are looking for a spa please give this company first option. They are great on the sale and service.I highly recommend Unique. Adam was fantastic and gave us all the information we asked for plus some. He helped us choose a hot tub that best suited our needs. Upon receipt of the tub, it has some scratches once the hot tub was unwrapped. Adam was very responsive and gave us a couple satisfactory solutions. Additionally, we went with some additional questions about water conditions. Both Adam and Tiffany answered all our questions. Just got our hot tub delivered. Filled the tub and went to plug it in and they gave the install people the wrong plug (a 120 20V rather than a 110 20V). This was after the install guys (that were from Orlando) told us about the run around the Jacksonville store gave them about picking up our hot tub. That they actually had to go back to Orlando to pick up a different tub than what we were promised which was one that was on display in the store. We called Orlando and Jacksonville. Orlando told us theyd call us back but they never did. We were able to get ahold of Jacksonville just before closing and they told us its not their problem our sales guy didnt give us the right information. The paperwork even states it should have a different plug than what is on it currently. The stores closed and we have a hot tub we are now trying to figure out how to plug in and used. Definitely will not return or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in this experience.

I can’t believe it! My husband and I came into the store Sunday to look at pools and its Tuesday evening and the pool is ordered and already on its way! Tifany got us up to speed on pool materials, maintenance and other things to consider as a pool owner. She was so knowledgeable and she couldn’t have made it any easier. I have to admit, I was putting off looking for a pool because I thought it was going to be an exhaustive process, but the transaction couldn’t have been more pleasant or efficient. Shopped for a new spa during the height of COVID in Spring 2020 at the Atlantic Blvd Jax location. Worked with Carl who was helpful and has very good industry knowledge on spas, and despite low inventory at the time, he helped us chose from a list of pre-ordered spas that would be coming from manufacturer in fall of 2020. We purchased a Bull Frog A6. Spa was delivered as promised by very knowledgeable team as part of a requested 2 phase delivery process. The 2nd phase, where set up team returned, finally occurred this May 2021 with completion of our new screened in patio. Used Spectrum Wireworks, which was recommended to do the electrical connection work, who did a terrific job. Carl and team stayed with us the whole time providing information and assistance when requested. Set up was easy. Finally used our new Bull Frog for the first time last night, and it was a terrific experience. Fantastic theraputic jet pack configurations, interior lighting options, intuitive touch screen control display, with numerous automated heat maintenance options, simple to enjoy and maintain. Will be enjoying this for a long time to come. Very happy with sales and service team. And our purchase. Thanks!!!

One year ago we bought a 24 ft round above ground pool from these guys and it was one of the best purchases we ever made for backyard. They are not running a deal this week wait a week or two and they well probably have a deal going. Very competitive on pricing great customer service and definitely good product. I definitely recommend spending extra money on a salt system.I actually recently had a problem with my pump and I was please to find out that they honor a warranty no questions asked and I went home with a new pump.Do not go with a box pool from a big box store go with these guys they are excellent fantastic customer service very friendly

I took my father here yesterday to grab some shock for his pool, and I doubt we ever go anywhere else. We got terrific service! They were out of traditional shock, and chlorine, due to shipping issues, but that didnt matter. The guy that helped us, I believe his name is Adam, was knowledgeable, and pointed us to something that would help out. The atmosphere was terrific, the help that we received was terrific, and he had the most friendly and happy personality.

Hinge on my hot tub lifter broke with in 5 months. The hinge is flimsy, and cracked while hanging the cover. Called to have it serviced under warranty (1 years) and was told they will not cover it. Said they are aware these break all the time, but do not cover it, as it must be user error. No one was home when it broke, it is just cheaply made. Check reviews on amazon, this is a common problem they have with flimsy hinges. Take away here is they do not stand by their product.

We went in to look for a replacement spa and met Carl at the Atlantic Blvd. location. He was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure either. We ended up buying a new Bahama Spas and feel like it was a great deal. Definitely an upgrade from what we had. Thanks!

We went into the store looking at spas. Asking Carl a lot of questions because we were looking for a certain size to fit on our porch. Carl answered all our questions and even looked into some other options for us. After we looked and he put all that effort in we decided to look at pools instead. Rather than getting frustrated he immediately switched from spas to pools and was just as helpful. We drove over an hour to get there and he even stayed late to help us pick out the right pool with the right equipment to fit our needs. At Unique, they took their time assisting me, allowing me to try several different bullfrog jet packs. They did a great job ensuring I was happy and confident with my purchase. My wife and I shopped several stores for the right spa and just couldnt find anyone knowledgeable enough to warrant trusting them with this amount of money. That is until we found Unique Pools and Spas in Jacksonville. Adam Belcher greeted us at the door and simply went to work educating us on spa technology, quality differences, and options. Not once did Adam speak ill of a competitor, rather, he encourages his customers to shop around knowing full well theyll return for a purchase! We decided on the spa and Adam worked with us to schedule delivery around a hardscape project that was in process. The delivery and setup experience was on time and on schedule. Not happy with the experience at all! I was given wrong pricing and information by a new sales associate that was not ready to be on the sales floor without help! I was told to use one of their two installers only....That’s where it went from bad to even worse! The dates were messed up for install....there’s roots sticking up on the bottom of the pool (Tony told me to hammer them in with a mallet....he left the salt generator on my patio and didn’t install it....several days later he came back ( Tony was not a happy camper & made it known) told me he’s not familiar with installing salt systems! 😳😳Are you kidding me?? He installed it and it was not working and needed to be replaced in less than a month! Called Unique spoke to Carl, he told me not their problem!!! 😡 Very upsetting and incredibly frustrating

The 10 or so luckluster units on display were far from the over 100 in stock as advertised. Wont be back and I cannot encourage anyone else to visit. There are other businesses which would love the opportunity to sell you a high dollar product.
