10/31 hugh disappointment! Usual fast, friendly staff must have had Sunday off. Waited awhile for load out person to retrieve a cart from outside after searching entire store. Then proceeded to toss cattle cubes in bed of my truck, not stack them, but throw them in, probably crumbling more of them than necessary. Shame on Atwoods!

Absolutely horrid customer service. Half don’t know what you’re talking about if you even ask if they have any Priefert headgates and WORST ATTITUDES EVER. Don’t care to help you at all if THEIR items aren’t priced!! It’s pathetic.

The depth and breadth if the merchandise is wonderful. The prices were great. Found wverytking we went for and more!

Was a warm experience, assistants was thin but when found they were kind and helpful. Missing what I needed in lawn mower supplies. And no primer for glue on PVC pipe set up. All else was grand.

Poor pass. Well actually not a pass at all a grade of F as in flunked.... I had to wait 15 minutes for a checker to get off the phone for help.... actually she was still on the phone and I gave up and found another employee.... and it was one big hassle from looking, to purchase, to check out.Their knowledge of products, people skills were very low....I think I would have better luck with a 5th grader...I aint ever going back.....I saw people leave in discust....I heard 2 People behind me say... this place sucks.....we aint coming back here

Atwoods has a great variety of farm, ranch and home items, plus they are open on Sundays which is helpful when you need weekend project items. They have a little if everything, from unusual sodas, BBQ pits, garden supplies, many types of gloves, pet and livestock products, ammo, hunting supplies, hardware, gift items, boots, clothing..food items, baby chickens..its fun to shop there.

Quick service FRIENDLY HELP EVERYONE WAS GOOD

I purchase a 50# bag of dog food every two weeks, but usually cant find help to get it to the front in a hurry.(the cashier calls for floor assistance over the loud speakers)I walk to the back,to meet them, but frustrated noone came fast enough for me to be satisfied, I noticed,luckily enough, theres a flat cart besidethe display and I can move it myself,I just didnt have the free time to wait for the employee to arrive today.My list is long and my free time is short.(Usually, if the carts not there,I just swing it onto my shoulder and head to the front to check out.)I walk to the front, with the cart...There was only one cashier on the floor, and she was swamped.She called for help...someone showed up, but it seemed like it took foreverGuess they were just busy in the back, having an off day too.

Store feels run down. Parking lot has tons of pot holes. Every buggy doesnt steer or is rickety which when you have a bunch of feed is even worse and I want to shop less. Plus, its a huge pain trying to get your buggy to your car because the exit has double doors, which are not automatic and the second set of doors only the left side opens. I like the selection of feeds and livestock products, but hate coming here to this store because of how inconvenient it is. Id rather go to TSC down the street.

Firing people over unsafe road conditions is low. Hope yall go out of business!

One of my favorite stores in general! If you like outdoor you would love this place. From firearms to outfits, and from animals food to small live animals they got everything. You will find whatever you need for your country life in this store. Prices are not cheap but reasonable. If you check the weekly-monthly specials on their website you will get some very very good deals like S&W AR15 for $499!

Most of the employees were on their phones and not very helpful as many workers as I seen in the store no customer should have had to ask for help. Get new workers or tell them to stay off the phone and help customers

Lol Im serious,boots, Jeans, garden items, fencing and animals, chicks, quail, ducks, rabbits. And today I will go to purchase more quail. I love them for pets. Theyre. If corporate is monitoring this, I need someone to reply to me and give me a number to call. I have some very unsatisfactory things I need to discuss and cant seem to get a number where someone will talk. I used to love this store. After my last three visits, I refuse to go here until I hear the management and customer service improves. Ill spare my negative comments from public display, but will let you know the things coming out of employees mouths and their behavior were very inappropriate and should not be tolerated. Im only giving 2 stars because I do like Atwoods and will continue to do business, but NOT at this convenient location.

The products didnt quite match what the ads made them out to be. Was disappointed in some of the bigger items turned out to be.

I always enjoy shopping in this store. And now that Christmas is so close their gift items are plentiful. Love the farmhouse/rustic styles they carry. They carry a large selection of clothing, boots and now their grocery aisles have also increased! And of course they always carry a nice line of feed and medications for cattle, horses, chickens and other fowl, rabbits and cats and dogs!

Atwoods has almost anything you can imagine. We buy feed for our cattle, tools, Farm and Ranch wear, water, plants, hunting supplies, and much more. You can find them on the enternet to check out their weekly sale paper. They have something for everyone in the family, including Western Boots and they have good prices.

Staff is very downhome, friendly, and helpful. The guys even helped me load a whole truck bed full of bags of sand.

I do a lot of plumbing work, this store seldom has plumbing supplies. It used to be well stocked. Only reason I go there its because its the nearest store to me.

I ask where an item was at and this person said please follow me and. I will show you. After he did he as if I want to get one and he not only got it from the shelf but also put it in my cart. Saw him again and he ask if needed more help sir. We talked for a brief time wished each other Merry Christmas. Best expeaarence there ever
