The lady working was really nice and helpful, however the man working kept following us around the store, very annoying. Stop racial profiling.

Always in stock with the drinks that I love & that need to get me through from day to day. I must say that they are always so helpful whenever I have to go into the shop and they always remember me (which always surprises me). Thank you to the employees of the Vitamin Shoppe for always being so willing to go above & beyond to ensure that Im happy & all my wellness needs are met! Note: Face masks are required at this location. This location is in Jacksonville. There are only 2 stores that I go to. One is in North Charleston and the other in Jacksonville Florida and I love going to both.

Ive visited the Vitamin Shoppe to purchase different products on many occasions. The Ladies in the store always answers my questions. They are very knowledgeable about the different products. Whats so comforting about that is, they are users of the products as well. So, their comments are also out of experience. And the store is always stocked and clean.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to share my experience and gratitude. Jennifer was so helpful 2 months ago and got me what I needed after listening to my complaints about my condition. She never claimed that the products she recommended would cure but let me tell you that her recommendations helped me to address the symptoms that would otherwise keep me depressed and in bed due to pain. I’m so glad for her listening ear and knowledge. It’s very clear that she loves people and her job. I went back in again last night to get a refill only to hear an angry customer yelling and cursing her out. I actually walked out because I was there to thank the ladies for helping me but instead I wanted to fight the angry customer. So I took my leave. They are better than me because I would have told that lady off. I sure hope the manager reads this but if not I will be back in to thank them for a great service and keeping the staff knowledgeable.
