Unprofessional,poorly ran company and if you work here and quit dont expect to see a penny for the hours you worked !!! If you are thinking about working here one thing they wont tell you is you will be working from 7:00 AM to 6,7,8 or even 9:00 PM !!! BEWARE !!!!

I have never seen any company like this beforehavent recieved any delivery in more than 2 weeksI Called a million times and been promised to get it but still no deliveryI even asked if I can come to get the ice in my own truck and they told me thats not possibleUpdate: one more time the order is placed for 10 days with no delivery

They charged ne sales tax i am a store,tax exempt, but there is no sales tax on ice and water in florida, when i called them they made excuses. i called the state and made complaint with my receipt. i called gentlemens ice few times and send them my tax exempt form, the men answers the phone gave me attitude i ve been calling them over 3 days, they never showed up. dont want to pay my money back, i ve been getting ice from them over 8 months no sales tax, last time they charged me.they are crooks be very carefull, and sounds like they like threatening people, stay away from gentlemen ice

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Every time you call, they never seem to have ice, or they are done delivering for the day. Phone operator said they close in 2 hours and can’t make a delivery.

I’m standing at an event they confirmed they would be at, but didn’t show for. We have so many disappointed kids here. Don’t do business with this company unless you want to deal with the backlash of people that expected snow in Florida.Update: We were never contacted to cancel the snow, but they did confirm that it would be at our event they never showed for. It cost them close to $5k that day and we will never consider working with them again. It really sucked being forced to be the grinch to the neighborhood kids because this company can’t run a business properly.

I simply drove up to this place because I needed some ice, I walked right in and the people who worked here were simply amazingly nice and courteous to me. Basically told me I could get whatever I needed. And then the dock workers loaded my truck up themselves. This is a rare quality thats missing in other businesses in our community.

After Irma no power, only place we found ice. Excellent customer service! Should be more businesses like this in the ville.

This companys truck hit my parked car and damaged it and kept going. It was the H & H Ice Company Truck. I called them to fix the problem and all David Bryant did was give me lies. They ripped my bumper right off at The Landing. This company is not very honest. Just know they will hide and lie. So if you ever see them driving know their driver of the h & h ice truck is careless and doesnt want to take responsibility for damaging my car. I gave them 2 weeks and all he said was his insurance company would take care of the problem and it never happened. I just wanted to make sure this company never wrecks another car and get away with it. Thank you.

Their driver is wreckless. Seen him twice now speeding through a school zone with the light flashing. Hopefully one day he/she doesnt hit someones child.

I wish I could choose 0 stars to this business very unprofessional they should be closed cause there service never delivers anything I call five time an a day and never got my ice that happen two days on rolled
