The girl up front was very rude. I came in looking for a fume bar and I had my son with me. Instead up coming up to me and tell me he can’t be in here she decides to scream it front across the store in the most loud obnoxious voice. How about coming up to me and telling me instead of screaming it for the whole store to hear? This place is more of a store than a smoke shop and to be honest from what I saw from my 30 seconds in the store, it was all over priced anyways. Terrible service and terrible store. Now that I’m reading the reviews it sounds like she is the infamous Jessica in these comments! Haha she needs to look elsewhere in her career, this is not for her.EDIT in response: Obviously I can read. If I brought my baby in there are you going to turn me away? Of course I’m not in there to buy my 4 year old a pipe. I could see if maybe it’s a teenager or a young child. I’ve never had that issue in any other smoke shop before. You making excuses for your behavior is not accepted. You clearly do not have the attitude To run a business nor deal with customers. You could have waited until I got closer instead of screaming like a wild banshee in the back of the store. You’re clearly unhappy and from the judge of the other comments are not fit for your position. I understand what you are saying but understand screaming at people across the store is embarrassing for your potential customers.

I love the fact that the variety and the all adult stuff is amazing especially since it’s been shut down for so long here hell Tacoma and Seattle are both full of book stores and video booth and theaters that are old and beautiful and very discreet!! Here is a different world!!so thanks again

Apparently you cant say “test” in here.They can sell “water pipes” and “fake urine”Heaven forbid you mention a test to them.Its like a blind man walks in a shop and asks what the product looks like. Only to be kicked out for asking… been coming to this place for years, but based on how they treated my mother tonight. Ill just use Amazon. No wonder small businesses are struggling

The place has a lot to offer but I was shown a item I wanted to purchase but before I went to the counter to purchase the item the price was changed and I didn’t notice while I was in the store they up the price by 10 dollars when I got home I check it it had a new label on top of the old one. And since all sales are final they got me. So if you shop the make sure you pay the same price as it is being showed to you.

The shop is great! Kevin is great!But the manager Jessica ruined my experience so don’t know if I’ll be back.To be more in depth.... every time I walk into the shop I usually see two people, Kevin and a girl with a ton of tattoos. On this particular day Kevin wasn’t there, there was the tattooed girl which sort of helped me and a woman in the office. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting on the tattooed girl to be done with a line of people, the lady in the office looked at me multiple times before finally asking if I needed help. At that point I didn’t want her help because I had already been waiting to be acknowledged and I figured I waited this long what’s another 5 minutes. So instead I waited for the tattooed girl to help me and asked the name of the person in the office.Meh the experience just wasn’t good enough for me to give it any hype.

Cody was very helpful! He was extremely nice and helped me to pick out my incense and was knowledgeable on all of the crystals that they sell in the store. I will be back :)

Been going to this, THE best head shop in Jacksonville, for many years. From the simple things like papers, screens, lighters, to pipes of all sizes, shapes and materials. Be aware that water pipes are not called by the synonym that rhymes with Kong. This is a legitimate business and does not sell materials the Jacksonville City Council deems illegal. But dont worry, you may be gently corrected by staff. A veteran of the weed wars of the past half century, this is my happy place.

My favorite smoke shop in town! Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. Learn acceptable shop lingo when coming to head shops, its that simple. Some of these bad reviews really surprise me, but all seem to be from a few years ago... being a frequent customer, for years, I thought Id say, dont let those bad reviews keep you from finding your new favorite local smoke shop! Theyre truly the best and a small business! Prices also HALF as much at glass eye for exactly the same items as other smoke shops near by.

Everybody in the store were very polite and helpful. The only downside was that they didnt sell what I was looking for.

The last Google review was spot on. I went in to buy some e-liquid on the weekend because my regular vape shop was closed. The guy was completely rude and could have cared less about helping me with what I needed. I told him what I use and he basically said people buy what they want. What a jerk as he casually smoked his vape in the store. Seemed like I was too much of a bother. Too many other good places out there and these workers really do not care.

I bought coils for for my vape at Glass Eye. Theyre 4.98 each, so I wanted the whole pack to save multiple trips. A full pack contains five coils.. they charge 30.00 for 5. I asked the guy working about it and he said that his boss makes the prices and I asked what if I buy 5 individual coils and he proceeded to tell me I would pay more than 30.00?? Umm, no genius. No I would not..not even when tax is added would I pay more than 30.00. 😤

My favorite smoke shop Ive ever been too anywhere. Most reasonable prices. Huge selection of hardware available. Most likely if you buy it there, they will have replacement parts for it. whether its for vaping, oil rigs, water pipes etc. They do have great selection of house E-Juices for the vapers. They have a great clothing section too with a bunch of Seedless brand apparel including the Thick Cut shirts. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Best male performance product Ive seen is sold there and is called King of Romance. Its all natural and works great. Cool sticker collection too. Ridiculously huge selection of papers for you holy rollers. I love the glass eye.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude employees. I was treated like dirt there. If you ask about the products there and say the wrong word, they treat you like less than a person.
