Was td 3 times my mower would be ready. When I went to pick it up NO ONE in the store could check me out! Person that could do it had gone to run an errand. They called about an hour later to tell me I could pick it up. They also did offer to deliver it, but werent sure how I could pay for it then. NEVER AGAIN!
