I shop here on a monthly basis to pick up supplies for various things. They have an awesome selection of herbs, crystals, candles, statuettes, alter cloths, and various other things. Everyone who works there is always so kind and helpful, its truly a joy to shop there and I look forward to my visits.

Large herb selection, beautiful statuettes, so many candles, and a nice assortment of jewelry all for decent prices. Not very many books, and all rocks and crystals are significantly overpriced. Associate was in the way stocking things.

Went here today to get a couple pieces of jewelry and the staff was very friendly. The store is clean and well-organized. The pricing was a bit higher than some of the competitors, but not enough to deter a pleasant experience. The items are beautiful, and it was nice to find the crystals I had been looking for.

I love the energy when I walk in here. Every piece is unique and gives off the best vibe. You will never be disappointed looking for whatever you need whether its just for decoration or meditation.

Alright, Im not into these types of stores normally... but they had REALLY cool gift ideas for this past mothers day. Not too bad price wise and they were SUPER friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and very kind. I saw a book in the window that caught my eye but sadly it was the last one. The young woman working at the time offered to pull it from the display since I was really interested in it. I really appreciated that, not many places would touch their displays for customers.

The dream of the 90s is alive in Triskele. Lots of jewelry that reminds me of Natural Wonders from back in the day, and a beautiful array of crystals that reminds me of a crystal shop kiosk I used to visit as a preteen with my friends. They also have incense, books, wind chimes, etc. This place is pretty sweet.

Unique shop with nothing to compare it to so Im on the fence. Seems like the place where hippies of Harry Potter would shop. Like a cool version of Spencers.

I visited for the first time yesterday, and this is honestly the best crystal shop Ive ever been to! Lots of crystals to choose from, and so many scents of incense. The employees were very kind and helpful. Im definitely going through be a frequent visitor!

Very polite owner and super informative! they do have very expensive prices however. bought a pendant for $200 from here and found the exact website the pendants from for $95.

I really love this place, one thing that bothers me a bit is that there are some fake crystals. Heat treated amethyst being sold as citrine, satin spar being sold as selenite, and maybe others that I haven’t noticed. This is a good store if you know your crystals, and aren’t too bothered about pricing:)

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE! Bought a Moldavite ring $180 03/07, on 04/09, the stone fell out at the park. Searched forever, wasnt able to locate. Took to store. Only got a sorry. No compensation for the money I spent and still have no ring. Will never return to this store! They dont deserve any stars or customers.

We have been coming here for a while but today was horrible. I do not know who the two young girls are now working but you should learn to let people shop. We brought my mom who is in town for the holidays and these two would not leave us alone. After the 4th time of saying no I do not need help we put back what was in hand and walked out. If we wanted the Buckle treatment I would have gone to that store. I will think twice before coming in if I see them still working.

Think I might move in here! The Goddess, incense, crystals, wind chimes, and soft pretzels just outside the store in the mall. Yep, I could definitely spend some time here. A little pricey for me, though. The goddess statuettes are a good $30 higher here than the average online price. Great quality stuff, though! Youre going to be happy with a purchase here! Also, the salesperson was really sweet. Im afraid I may have talked her ear off💨👂!

I went into The Triskele Cove to find a present for my dad for father’s day. The manager, Ms. Anastasia Rodgers, helped tremendously. She showed me everything I asked for, the store carried everything I was looking for, and I am extremely happy with my visit here. I would recommend this to everyone because of the friendly atmosphere and the fact that they carry something for everyone. It is very relaxed and Ms. Rodgers is lovely and personable.The rewards program at this store is very nice. You earn money with every purchase that doesn’t expire and is always on your account under your name.Lastly, my card is a “See ID” card, and for the first time in my life, the manager asked to see my ID before scanning my card. I very much appreciate the attention to detail and care for customer’s security.I cannot praise this store enough. If you’re looking for a nice place to visit in the Avenues Mall, I recommend stopping by!

The lady at the register was very helpful. Told me about some books that were coming that I might find interesting. There was a sale when I went, so I got an extra discount. But most the prices were about average for the items, Ive paid that same amount for sage and crystals in other places, so they seemed fair.

Nice little store in the Avenues Mall. They do have some cool stuff for good prices, although some things were a bit pricey. The only reason they dont get more stars is because their name brand incense sticks and cones smell TERRIBLE once you burn them!

Ive been a customer of Triskele Cove since they were Bohdi Tree. In the two or more years that I have frequented their shop, Im certain that Ive spent well in the thousands. I do go through periods of inactivity because I purchase by what and when I feel the need but also because the vibe changes drastically based on who is working there. The service had been lacking for a moment but currently the service and the vibe is spectacular so I plan to return very soon. They are a little higher on the price side than similar shops but they do have a loyalty program in order to give their customers a little something back.

I have bought things from there twice, one being an crystal bracelet, and the other being a few crystal chips along with a wide variety of candles. The candles they sell range from fifty cents each, and the chips for the crystals are twenty-five scents each. Its a very good shop with great energy and a friendly staff. They sell a wide variety of tarot cards, spell books, incense, crystals, candles, and more.

Ill explain why this store is not an ideal place to shop, but let me first say that the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. It also has a neat layout.The energy feels positive, but in a way, I got that edgy teens hangout vibe.Now, back to my explanation... Simply put, this particular store is *extremely* overpriced.The crystals (for example, Amethyst) are outrageously priced compared to other shops Ive visited. And by that, I mean they had crystal clusters similar to ones Ive seen being sold for $50-$90+ when Ive seen them for $10-$40 elsewhere (and they were quite large unlike some of the ones sold here). Not to mention, some of the singing bowls here were nearly $100, although they were tiny.I bought my medium-sized singing bowl for $40 elsewhere.. the only cheaper ones here were the inauthentic ones.The statuettes were also very expensive compared to some other stores (I mean, they were $20-$30+ over the normal price)I think the prices may be due to the fact that this store is in the mall, but Im not certain.Im a regular customer at an unspecified metaphysical store, but the store I go to regularly is a small one and I know where they get their crystals.I wanted to ask where Triskele Cove gets their crystals, but I did not ask, as Id assumed the employees may not even know (no offense).I suggest only shopping here if youre in desperate need of specific crystals or other items and dont mind the cost, otherwise, I suggest you take a look around elsewhere.Blessings to your journeys!

My wife and I have visited this store yesterday, We enjoyed speaking with the employees very much. We were greeted and given information on stones and their benefits. Bought a Shiv Lingam, Shelley was very helpful in suggesting her experience and providing various items for the project and things I was trying to purchase with a specific look and stand for my shiv lingam which we bought from this place.

The customer service is amazing. The products are great quality. Danielle is very sweet, and very helpful. Its a wonderful store!

Visited here during my last trip to the mall at the end of 2019. It’s a nice little metaphysical shop! They have a nice selection of herbs and crystals available. I will say that of the crystals I looked at, all of them were pretty expensive. I usually buy my crystals at Midnight Sun and pretty much everything the Triskele Cove had available in the way of crystals was a LOT higher priced. Can’t say if it’s the same for their herbs or not, didn’t look too much into those. However the Triskele Cove does has one thing going for it, and it’s the fact that they offer products that are overtly Pagan/Wicca oriented, whereas Midnight Sun does not. If that’s the direction you’re looking for in a metaphysical shop you should check out Triskele Cove. On my last visit I saw they had a little corner of the store devoted to witchcraft/Wicca stuff, like Llewellyn Witches’ Calendar, other miscellaneous books on Paganism, etc. They also do different sales (like 15-20% off) for the Moon cycle, so if you check their Facebook page during a Full or New Moon you can probably get some of their products cheaper!

Prepare for a wonderful experience here! Quite the opposite of a small, stuffy store, the air is circulating within a large open area in which 20 people will comfortably fit. Ive been here when 3 customer service personnel were present, to warmly, effectively, & personally accommodate every shoppers concerns.Their card deck selection is among the best Ive ever seen anywhere. Their candle area is my go-to for an inexpensive & wide selection of colors. I got my singing bowl here a few years ago at a comfortable price, but they will play for you some of their very B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L, and yes, more expensive (but youll see why 😊) other singing bowls.Ive visited every other shop of this type in Duval county & some shops that are making efforts to grow into this type of shop, & as a spiritual reader, I want to add that this shop has a beauty to it that is beyond the items they sell. I highly recommend this store.

The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, though I am not spiritual myself. I have been shopping here to expand my stone collection for about a year now and will continue to shop here. Having a metaphysical novelty shoppe in the mall is an excellent opportunity for well versed metaphysical shoppers to have a place in a more convenient location, and for curious new shoppers to gain a new experience.The prices here are fair, considering the quality and authenticity of their selection. Its not like this sort of product was ever going to be cheap to come by. Many other similar crystal stores in Jax have no respect for the community or the trade and treat the customers like garbage, and sell cheap synthetic stones.I have always been treated with respect and kindness at Triskele, and I have always been satisfied with my purchases.

While the staff are friendly thats about the only good thing I can say. Their merchandise is highly overpriced, they sell certain crystals that are just shaped pieces of glass, and the staff will b.s. you in regards to what items are used for. I had a gentlemen explain to me what the properties a few of the crystals they sold were and he gave the most vague responses. He even got 3 of the 5 crystals completely wrong. At this point I realized they are just greedy and profiting off of peoples beliefs. $25 for a clear quartz wand is insanely overpriced, especially with how small they were. This store is an insult to metaphysical stores.

I never thought I would have an experience where I would be tailed at every gemstone I stopped at. Not even a “can I help you find anything”. If someone were to take something from this store I highly doubt a man in sandals would be able to catch the thief. I was just wondering how the bowls sounded and tapped the bowl when an associate came over and grabbed the bowl and politely said “let me show you how to use it” quickly demonstrated (although I own one but I let her do her job) and put the bowl back. Not too bad right? Now this is my issue. When she put the bowl down she commented “next time you want to know how something works ask”. She places the bowl down and walks away. I too have worked in retail and this, combined with the missed opportunity to tell me the benefits of the tibetan bowl, and to tell me the price of the bowl (cross-sell up-sell the basics) translated to “Stop touching stuff”. Sadly I was actually looking for one of those as a gift but I felt as if I didn’t belong. I guess I didn’t fit the demographic? I’ll take me and my tourmaline necklace elsewhere.
