Awesome place for Spanish foods. They even carry The Goya Malt. Tons of options for anyone really. Candies, drinks, ingredients, you name it and within reason they have it. Definitely worth stopping by and checking this place out. The employees were very courteous and helpful as well.

I always go to this store after checking Walmart to see if they have it because its closer to me but I know for sure where to go if I ever need something in particular. I usually leave buying more than needed, overall great products

Well its the only Mexican store around so, I go once in a while. Doesnt look very clean since they have a carpet, probably a deep good cleaning would be nice🙄 The staff barely talks to you, quite but theyre respectful

La Canasta is my favorite place for those special spices. The only negative about this place is the guys at the register hardly like to make conversation and avoid interaction. * So dont ask questions 🤣 *will give 5 stars when they have better communication skills. Also please welcome your guest when they come in, its so quiet and awkward when you dont.

The staff was incredibly informative and helpful, they treated me with kindness, as well as express genuine honest respect for my friend that recommend me to shop there for the item I was searching for.

Most international markets accept EBT and the ones that dont usually have a sign right on the door saying they dont. This place did not have a sign so after getting a basket full of items and checking out I didnt find out til I ran the card and it was declined. The cashier didnt know if they accepted it or not and he slso didnt even know how to sign up a customer to the loyalty program.

It says Hispanic Products on the sign but carries virtually nothing for Puerto Rican or Dominican cooking.

Very friendly! Highly recommend them. I accidentally bought more of something than I needed for a recipe. They took it back without a fuss.

I love going to the Basket because I find everything to cook Mexican, but yesterday I went for tortilla dough and today that I want to prepare them I realize that the flour was full of weevils. As it turns out that the bag was broken from the bottom, and instead of discarding it they put tape to close it. Obviously it didnt work and the whole bag had animals. Of course all the flour went to waste.
