Paul is rude when you start asking for a breakdown of pricing. He is very pushy and tries to force his realtors land on you. Sounds like someone is getting kickbacks. So I went to Down East Homes is Beaulaville and Debra was more than happy to give me a complete price breakdown. Turns out she was several thousand dollars cheaper for the same exact house. Do yourself a favor and run like I did. We are even closing fast than Industrial could do.
