Outstanding customer service, beautiful fibers. Justin lent me his eyes and expertise while working with me patiently on the phone (I live many hours away). Id been trying to find a particular color of 6 ply Planet Earth silk thread and also conversions of Grandeur to Splendor silk thread. Today I received those threads in the mail - in fact, sooner than anticipated. The threads exceeded my expectations. Again, Justin was so helpful and kind and sent me EXACTLY what I needed. My experience was so good I am a customer for life, and I hope in the future I might be able to visit the actual store.

Great little yarn store. Space for many specialty items such as thousands of colors of DMC and pearl cotton. Good selection of high-quality knitting needles and crochet hooks. Surprising amount of yarn for the size of the store all high-quality stuff like berroco etc.. knowledgeable sales staff and great customer service.

Disappointing trip to Stich in Time. Hard to figure out where is the store entrance. And web says store hours 1-5, but store didn’t appear to be open. Waste of time.

Stopped at this gem of a shop en route to St. Pete yesterday and I didn’t want to leave! From first sight to your exit, A Stitch in Time is a pleasant assault on your senses!! From the lovely facade painted invitingly and with its beautiful flowers and plants, to the wonderful yarns displayed floor to ceiling, to the boxes and boxes of cross stitch charts, you won’t want to leave, either. The staff are very welcoming and super friendly, and they offer help in any way that you need, be it finding a type of yarn to travel directions!! I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area...

So. Much. To. See! Kits and materials and finished projects. Im drooling over their stash of dyed Aida fabric. So many brands and colors of thread! I called ahead to check stock on a specific item and they obliged. I spent so long oogling the rest of the shop that when I was ready to check out I think the staff had just sort of begun to ignore me. They were very polite and Ill definitely give them more business.

I adore this place. The people are always so helpful and there is always something new to find whether you use yarn or floss for crafting! Its such a cute shop too.

There are many things I like about this shop. Their needle selection is excellent and the prices are competitive.The yarn selection is wonderful and there is a young man there who knows his inventory and is so helpful. I have consulted him a number of times for help with selecting a yarn for a particular project.They have many finished items so it is possible to see how your project will look when completed.They carry yarns and threads for all the needlework arts.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful here and the selection is fantastic! They really take their time answering any questions you might have and go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. So worth the hour drive it takes me to get there! Im already making a list and planning my next little jaunt up there.

SWEET SHOP WITH SWEET PEOPLE! The shop was very home like and you instantly feel comfortable. They had a huge variety of needle patterns, as well as other fiber arts such as knitting. Very nice quality and the staff were super helpful.

A Stitch in Time has family owned and run. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable Good selection of crossstitch, needlepoint and yarn and knitting needles, a wide selection of glass and other beads and assorted notions. In yarn they carry everything from cashmere, silk, linen and baby yarn to cotton and manmade yarns. Ive been twice and will definitely be back!

This is one of the best needlework shops around. I travel 80 miles to visit this store. Need I say more.Beautiful; yarn, needlework patterns and floss, knitting and crochet supplies, linen thread, tatting supplies, scissors, everything you need for anything you want to do.

So much fun stuff to go through. Lots of great quality stitchy and yarny items. Everyones always so kind, and they are really encouraging to my crafty kids

Friendly, helpful staff. They carry Paternayan yarns and they even gave us a good recommendation for a place to eat lunch nearby. Next time Im in Jacksonville, Ill be going back.

I have always been very pleased with anything I have bought from this shop ever done the 80s. I love their selection and their staff.

Loved this place. I’m primarily a knitter. The selection of yarns is great and includes indie dyers. They have an extensive collection of needles and hooks in different styles from most of the major brands (Chiaogoo, Hiyahiya, Addi, Lykke, Knitter’s Pride). I’m particular about my needles and found exactly what I was looking for. They also have tons of embroidery supplies and cross-stitch patterns. The folks who run it are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and crafts. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

I love this place! I can spend hours going thru cross stitch charts. They sell cross stitch, embroidery, needlepoint, yarn and all the accessories to go with everything.

Just visited this establishment as I wanted to get some additional yarn to finish a project. Poor customer service as I was not acknowledged by anyone in the store. I was disappointed as I enjoy visiting other local yarn shops when I am out of town. Not a friendly place at all.

Beautiful little shop. They sell small brand dyes as well as the full DMC line. They also sell and display completed works, as well as printed on canvas projects. They are a little more exoensive than your big box craft store, but they will gather and cut all the supplies for a project, so the service makes up for the difference. It is a small shop though, so be aware claustrophobic individuals might be overwhelmed.

What a great Local Yarn Store! Fantastic selection and the staff and owners really know everything to know about yarn! When I was there a knitting lesson was in session and everybody else was seeking out specific yarns. The owner even dived into the backroom inventory to find for me an extra hank of malabrigo sock I had to have for my wip. Will return on my next visit to JAX!

This is a great shop with a lovely selection of yarn (so much Malabrigo!). The staff have always been helpful when I’ve asked. They carry a nice variety, there is some beautiful luxury type yarn and more basic stuff too. They have a lot of Noro and as I mentioned before several Malabrigo bases which is great because their colors can vary so much, ordering online can be a bit of a crapshoot so seeing in person before you buy is nice.
