We just moved into a new home and were given “new to us” patio furniture (6 piece modular set: seating for 5 with large ottoman). I was initially impressed with the furniture quality; I could tell it was well made. I fell in love with it because it is very comfortable and the pieces are lightweight; I can easily re-arrange it all by myself. I wanted 2 additional back pillows so I looked up the information online. I had never heard of New Spring Patio. I really like that it is a locally owned company. I went to the store and ended up purchasing a long sofa pillow, which I thought would also be perfect for an armless loveseat. The young woman who assisted me yesterday was very helpful and I was impressed with the selection of styles and price. I left the store very happy with my purchase. On my way home I was thinking, with my family coming for Thanksgiving, the weather should be perfect for us to hangout on the patio, but I wanted somewhere to put our drinks. New Spring Patio had quite a few different coffee tables in their showroom so I went back to the store today to purchase one. I met Hannah, and she assisted me with my purchase. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She wanted to look up my furniture in their database so that she could ensure I was getting a matching piece, but I told her I was given the furniture used so I wouldn’t be in their system. She then asked if I had a picture and of course, I did! Hannah was extremely helpful and she showed me all of the coffee tables that would go with my set and explained the features of each one. I purchased the large two-tiered coffee table with a glass top, great for entertaining (they even loaded it into my car). When I got it home, it matched my conversation set perfectly. Hannah is definitely the patio furniture expert. I highly recommend consulting with Hannah at New Spring Patio if you are looking for patio furniture. I had the best buying experience and I will be going back to see Hannah very soon to purchase an outdoor dining room set. Thank you so much :-)

The staff was friendly but the quality of the furniture is comparable to something you can get from wayfair and a bit pricey. If youre looking for high end looking lasting outdoor furniture I would check elsewhere.

Pretty high prices compared to other stores, but there are a lot of options. They are slightly disorganized with customers. In the end we decided not to buy because of how disorganized they were. It is almost like dealing with a car salesman doing business with them. Nice furniture but kind of hectic to work through making a deal with them.

Tried to spend about $5000 on a grill. Never called back even after I call again myself. Such poor customer service. I was buying as a builder so I know sales. That is how you lose a sale every time. Too bad as I liked the products and prices but I want to know I will be taken care of if Im spending a few grand. If you want a Bull brand grill, go elsewhere.
